“Pets Best insurance is very good at communicating with you. They respond immediately to let you know they have received your claim and they also follow up if there is a delay or question quickly. However, it has taken them more than three weeks to process my claim, despite the fact that I provided them with an invoice and vet summary of what the claim was for. I have still not received the money in my bank account, despite receiving a notification that it was sent to my bank. So it would seem to me that anyone looking for pet insurance needs to understand that claims are not processed expeditiously.”

“Took almost two weeks to reimburse me & only paid $6 on a $49 vaccination. I'm too early in the process of say they're excellent or poor- this was my 1st claim, so right now I'm neutral.”

“Heard many bad things about pet insurances, but PetsBest has been really easy to use and lifesaver for my cats. The processing time is slow (common) but I haven't had any major issues. It's easy to submit additional documentation when needed and they do all the work to reach out to the vet for more info. I think the value is great depending on your kitty. We've had quite a few tummy troubles and all of the visits have had most of it covered.”

“Pets Best does not cover enough for my pets, they take more than the two business weeks to reimburse me, and it's only worth it for one my pets because she has a pre-existing condition so I can't switch. Planning on canceling for the other.”

“Pets Best is slow to process insurance claims so far that I have been a client since Oct 2023. First claim took almost 30 days. Second claim recently in December took 29 days. Got to get better at processing pet claims, especially if all records are presented when the claim is initiated in the client portal. Thank You.”

“Pets Best has been awesome in the coverage of my dog. She's been bitten by rattlesnakes twice a coyote a bobcat and had numerous foxtail in her paws and ears. Pets Best has usually handled my claim in 10 days or less.”

“I've been very happy with Pets Best Insurance. The process to file claims (whether for illness, wellness or accident) is very easy, the process is transparent, and when additional information is required they're clear about what is needed and it's easy to submit the information.”

“I am very happy with the service I've received from Pets Best. I submitted a bill for the unexpected surgical removal of a potentially cancerous growth on my dog. Pets Best reviewed the bill quickly and paid me the promised 80% without any issues, extra paperwork, or questions asked. I really appreciate that there was no hassle to get repaid for money I didn't have to spend on this surgery. Thanks, Pets Best!”

“Pets Best really is the best! The customer portal is very user friendly and all information I need in terms of my pets plan is easily accessible. If it weren’t for pets best insurance, I wouldn’t have been able to afford my pets $3,100 overnight stay at the animal hospital.”
