“I am not impressed with this insurance. You should be able to cancel your subscription as easily as you signed up - not the case. You have to call their service desk to do so. Additionally, you can’t contest claims easily either - also requires a phone call. I filed my first claim and they mis-categorized a charge and denied it.”

“Considering a monthly fee of about $150, I am , somewhat puzzled by the low amount allowed by Pets Best payments. The next bill just sent is approximately $2300.00. I will very disappointed if I get nothing back!”

“We have had our insurance with Pets best for 5 yrs. We has a sudden death of one of our dogs and spent thousands of dollars to save him. We had to reevaluate our idea that we would just pay the expenses as they came in, our dogs were pretty young at the time. We have been very happy with our insurance and the coverage. They are easy to deal with, easy to submit a claims, staff that I have spoken to are very good as well. Highly recommend them.”

“I can’t recommend Pets Best enough. Their customer service is amazing. Real people who actually care and know what they’re doing. The coverage options are straightforward and easy to understand, which isn’t always the case with insurance. Yes, like any insurance plan, there can be some sticker shock, but they allow flexible payment schedules (monthly, quarterly, annually), which really helps. Vet bills aren’t cheap, so having insurance like this is a lifesaver. I’ll keep bragging about them!”

“I searched many pet insurances. And pets best is the best ! Submitted a claim on Monday was reimbursed by Friday. Love it and I know my baby will be taken care of. Gives me peace of mind knowing if she needs something I can afford it.”

“Very attention to your needs with quick turnaround on claims processing. Been with them for over 7years and happy with choices and service. If I had an issue it would be that they are pricey for their coverages- but I would still recommend them for your furbabies”
