“I’ve had Pets Best insurance for over 5 years and they paid a couple of claims for me. The claims were paid in a timely manner and according to my policy. They have been very courteous on the phone with me and always answered all my questions. Unfortunately my fur baby passed away but I would consider getting another policy with them when I get another pet.”

“The hardest part of pet insurance is picking which company to go with. With that being said I am very pleased with Pets Best and their options. I have coverage for both of my dogs. Filing a claim for a new puppy visit could not be any easier and payment was received within a few days. I appreciate the ease of choosing the coverage and plans best for our pups. Filing a claim only took a few minutess and was easy to do. All this along with the comfort of knowing I have coverage for my pets provides a peace of mind.”

“By far the best insurance service provider we have had. I post referral links all the time on group pages and rave about the easy, hassel free, and prompt reimbursement Pets Best has provided for two of dogs for more than 7 years now. I highly recommend. Pets Best is THE BEST.”

“I put my first claim in and was reimbursed relatively quickly for my pet's emergency. It was covered exactly how they said that it would be, and helped me to provide my dog the best care possible. The team was also very helpful in troubleshooting any issues with the documents that I had provided for my claim. I had called and got an answer quickly how to solve the problem. The customer service team was very nice and gave me exactly what I needed to resolve my problem”

“I never hesitate to take the best care of my dog, because I know that PetsBest always takes the "BEST" care of helping me provide the care my dog might need. This was not always the case with previous pet insurance companies. This is our 2nd Great Dane insured with PetsBest and will never look into any other companies.”

“It was easy to submit my claim when our LAB became really sick on a recent trip out of state. I was re-embursed around 2/3 of the $380 bill from an emergency pet hospital in Tennessee. I've been with Pets Best a long time with 2 past and our current Labradors. This is a great insurance company to deal with.”

“Signing up with PetsBest is one of the best decisions I've made. This is the first time I've insured a pet, and I was skeptical at first. I figured they would collect their premiums and fight any claim you might have...you know, like insurance companies do to humans. But, PetsBest has been wonderful! They've paid on both the claims I sent them, and done so quickly. I've recommended them to several people already. If you have a pet, you NEED pet insurance!”
