“Pets Best has covered my Wheaten for 7 years. I have been pleased with the coverages and reimbursements. My renewal has increased by $100.00 per month and I am not able to continue due to my budget capacity. I understand that medical expenses for Animals have increased everywhere. Thank you for taking care of my dog.”

“Very easy claim process. My kitten hurt her leg while we were traveling and ended up at an emergency vet clinic - an unexpected and expensive vet visit far from our familiar home practice. Pets Best handled every thing about the claim. It took a bit of time to receive payment but that delay was due to Pets Best receiving the documents from the emergency vet and not Pets Best. So pleased with our choice of pet insurance.”

“Your app didn’t/doesn’t work! My policy indicates I should have gotten much more, but because our vet is kind enough to provide “package “ pricing, you jipped me substantially! Never got any reimbursement for last year’s claims and you don’t even show them in my account. (Shame on me for not following up) I just don’t know what to think about the lag time on claims and the lack of ___whatever you want to call it! I’m just very upset and frustrated with this entire situation!”

“Had this insurance for years. Unfortunately, now I need to use it. My dog is chronically ill. My experience with Pets Best has been nothing but positive. Never any issues with reimbursement. “Fast, efficient, website is super easy to use to make a claim. Claim reimbursement is very easy. Made multiple claims in the 3 years I've had them and they've all been paid per plan.”

“I can NEVER get in my account. I ALWAYS get the message you are logging in from a new device; when in reality I signed up with the device I am logging in on. Then they send a link that is ALWAYS expired. I don't like not being able to access my account.”

“Pets Best saved my kitten’s life and allowed us to get her the best care for her liver shunt. Today she is living symptom-free and we are so grateful to Pets Best for that gift. I cannot rave about them enough; they have come through for my pets on countless occasions. I’ve never had any issues with them and I recommend getting Pets Best for your pets so you are never in a position where you have to choose between financial hardship or saving your pet’s life.”

“We have been very pleased with Pets best insurance. We have also noticed that lately claims are taking much longer to get paid and they send out a notices "there has been a delay in payment for your claim" notices. Unsure if this is from lack of employees to process or what. Bit other than that we have a couple of our fur babies on policies with pets best..one of ours has been in the policy for 7 1/2 years.”
