“I have been very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. They have different plans to meet your needs. My beautiful chocolate lab had glaucoma a couple of years ago and had to have one of her eyes removed. Pets Best processed my claim promptly. Their customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend them.”

“Best company you can have. I have had no problems with and claims that I have submitted and when you call they help u. No hidden fees and the claim get resolved very fast. If you have a pet this is the best insurance to have”

“I don’t think I’m getting reimbursed fairly despite what it says in your terms. Having an annual cap and paying monthly on pet insurance is an overall scam and honestly not fair to pay for something and then not be reimbursed is atrocious. I hope that you could consider what my self and what many people are saying thank you:”

“Great the first year but then they REQUIRE you to let all your pet's vaccinations (rabies, heartworm, etc) lapse every year, even when your vet, boarding kennel, local laws, whatever require you to keep all vaccinations up to date without gap. If you happen to get your pet's annual vaccinations 364 days after their last, they will cover NOTHING! They will not apply your benefits forward, so the benefits are basically lost for the next year too. This applies to *any* annual service. It's happened to me twice now, leaving me on the hook for more than $900 in services they were supposed to cover. Increasingly consider this a waste of money. The vet said this kind of coverage refusal was absolutely unheard of, and recommended looking elsewhere. I plan to do so, and so should you.”

“I have three dogs so I truly appreciate having Pet Insurance for not only illness and emergencies but also for wellness needs. I have always found Pets Best to be very prompt in processing claims. Also I have used the online service for questions/concerns 24/7 (ie when one of my dogs ate a silk flower arrangement). I recommend Pets Best anytime someone asks me about pet insurance.”

“I did a lot of research on pet insurance companies two years ago when I wanted a policy for my two cats. I have heard horror stories about pet insurance companies not reimbursing the correct way, being too expensive, having bad customer service, etc. I pay $80 a month for two cats (which I think is very reasonable). Yes it does go up from year to year, but that is because your pets get older and are more susceptable to illnesses/injuries. I recently found out that my cat has hyperthyroidism and the entire treatment would be almost $4,000. Submitting a claim was quite literally the easiest thing I have ever done. It was only a couple questions and then you upload all your invoices. It took almost two weeks to hear back, but I didn't mind the wait. When I got my reimbursement email, I was thrilled. After our deductible was met, the insurance covered 90% of the procedure. Having this policy eases a lot of financial worry!”

“They paying back for office visits for a well visit, it is a max of $50 per year, not per visit. When you have a puppy the 1st year you go a lot to get their shots, but they won't cover the visits if they already paid out the $50 max. Also,, they don't pay office visits if the dog gets a shot by a licensed vet tech, only if the vet gives the shots. Where the declaration page says " 50.00 max", it doesn't state per visit or per year, but it's per year. Next year I will only take the accidental and illness policy only, I'm already in the hole with monthly payments and.what.they give back for shots and we'll visit reimbursements.”

“I have been very happy with Pets Best in handling my claims. They keep in contact with me and tell me what they need as far as more information. They also contact the vet if they need more information on my dog. Also where the claim is as far as completing the process. All in all,very happy with Pets Best.”

“Such an easy-to-use app for claims. They are usually reviewed in a reasonable amount of time, with quick payments direct to my bank whenever claims are approved. We feel like we have great value and support with Pets Best, not to mention valuable emails from them with health tips.”

“First ever claim went very smooth. Emails kept me updated on where they were in the process. Everything I expected to be approved was. Deposit into my bank account was quick. Glad I decided to get Pets Best for my cat.”

“Great, Everything was fast, easy and convenient. My only complaint is that they didn't cover some items related to my cat's emergency procedure (dental fracture emergency) because I didn't have dental coverage (this was an emergency involving a tooth, not a dental procedure)”
