“With veterinarian visits for a new puppy, we are so glad to have him covered with the Wellness package. The coverage covered more than half of the vet bill. Fortunately, we have not yet had to file a claim for sickness or injury.”

“The best pet insurance! No issues with claims. Would be 5 stars, but I'm not thrilled with having to pay $1,200 of a $1,000 deductible, but still worth it.”

“I have had positive experiences with their app and the people on the phone. My issue has been price. My dog has been insured since 2016, highest coverage possible. When getting divorced and moving the service to my name, they attempted to make me start a new account and lose the coverage I had. I had to argue and fight and it was silly and frustrating. Then last year my monthly service went from about $240/month to $367/month. It’s an insane increase for a customer who has been loyal before per insurance was even popular. When this dog passes I’m not confident I’ll continue with them due to cost. I’ll likely look elsewhere unfortunately.”

“I have had this pet insurance for the past 2 years and will be renewing next year. To date, there have been no issues with this insurance and I am very happy. The "only" downside I would mention is the annual increase in cost (Approx. increase of $85) from last year, especially when there are years when it is barely used, HOWEVER.....ALL insurances are like this so unfortunately to be expected AND in the event it IS needed or an emergency arises, it is SOOO nice to have and surely helps!”

“It is super easy to submit a claim. My vet emails the invoice to me and I upload it to Pets Best. They processed the claim very quickly. For things that were not covered in full, it was also easy to find my coverage information online and compare the coverage limits with the amount requested in the claim. And, of course, it was all accurate. Thanks!”
