“i have no major complaints about the health insurance provided more about the deductibles. It would be nice if their was a "family" deductible instead of only individual ones. even if that would raise the monthly cost more it would be helpful for multi pet households like mine.”

“We have had pets best for almost 5 years. My dog was diagnosed with Addisons disease. I have not had a single issue making a claim or using the benefits. Our premium is going up a decent hike this year, but with chronic disease and age, it makes sense. Highly recommend! One thought would be annual wellness exam/vaccination benefits as well as maybe a care credit type card where the money goes back on the credit card and then the customer is only responsible for their coinsurance. Thank you all!!”

“I’m sure it’s not just Pets Best but I’m beginning to think pet insurance isn’t worth the investment. Most of the vet costs aren’t reimbursable because hardly anything is covered. I’m paying close to $800 a year to get reimbursed an average of $80 two to 3 times within the year. Math isn’t mathing. Just my humble opinion.”
