I can't give an acceptable at this point. I received two emails this morning about not receiving medical records when I know in fact that you received one of them. Also, why are you going through all of this? You're not going to pay. You're only going to add it to our deductible. Why are you wasting everybody's time. I think it's all stall tactics personally. Perhaps I should have gone with someone else :(

Over 30 days to reimburse. I did get an email telling me it takes a long time but I had to continually manage a month old claim. Doesn’t take this long with regular insurance claims and this was only for $65 at the end of the day. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and debating canceling before my next bill is due

The expectation with Pets Best went the opposite way. I was expecting to have my dog covered through this insurance, fist I opted and asked for non deductible as it was stated then discovered that there is a $1000 deductible before getting reimbursed, now 6 months in and over $1300 in vets bills , I still do not get reimbursed. What is the point to get insurance then if all I do is pay out of pocket?

My last review took over 30 days to settle. This is absolutely unacceptable for any company. Hopefully Pets Best is working to improve on their customer service experience and putting their customers first.

When I signed up you said there was a 5/7 day process time that was a lie.i called and the answer I got was we don’t have enough help poor excuse.

They are a good priced insurance , but when it comes to reimbursement and quickness for the customer they take their sweet sweet time. It’s been passed the days on max waiting for reimbursement on my pets health bills and haven’t seen any money returned to me as per the contract.

Since December 2019 the overall time from filling the claim to receiving the payment and explanation of benefits increased 3-4 times. It used to be 7-10 business days, still in credit card billing cycle. Now is 30-40 days. I have 5-6 claims pending it is outrageous. Surprisingly Pets Best has time to collect my monthly premium payment for the policy On Time. No delays in there

We wanted to provide our puppy with coverage so we purchased a plan including wellness coverage. We paid 45 dollars a month for coverage. We submitted 2 claims and waited a month for resolution. I called several times during this period only to be rebuked and told they were way behind on processing claims. When the claims were finally processed we were reimbursed a total of 30 dollars for the two 25 dollar claims. We decided to cancel and go with another company

The first few claims everything was processed smoothly and quickly. After that my claims have been questioned and an entire health history of my 2 year old dog was requested. In January I've submitted multiple claims and keep getting emails that everything is behind and it won't be processed for 30-40 days on top of an additional week for the money to be reimbursed. It is seeming like more of a hassle now.

No matter when I send a clam in the wait time is at least a month. Maybe, you should hire more people especially at peak times like the end of year. The insurance is not that good for wellness claims.

Too slow processing claims. I always get e-mails after every claim I submit saying due to the high volume of claims processing is taking more time..... I will probably not be staying with this insurance unless something changes soon. Very disappointed in service. I expected better.
