“Super quick at processing and no scam. They pay for what you insured for. I never had issue to why them with my dogs. Both German shepherd. They paid for the cancer treatment too. So happy I learned about this company. They have better prices compared to my healthy paws pet insurance before. This is why I switched companies.”

“After 5 furbabies this is the first time I have ever thought about pet insurance. As expensive as Vets are getting its nice to know that when it comes to making decisions on our pets health we really only have to worry about her health and not worry so much over the cost of treatment. We have never worried about the cost of to take care of our furbabies but having pet insurance gives us peace of mind.”

“I’ve had Pets Best for many years for several pets. It’s a good company and I’ve been happy but when my pets go past 10 it becomes unaffordable and I usually have to cancel. Secondly they used to reimburse in 10 days then it went to 30-40 days. Just recently it’s back to 10 so u hope they continue it. Otherwise it’s a good company.”

“Pets Best is the "best" pet insurance we could have chosen. Although it takes them 1 to 2 weeks to process my claims, they cover most everything and more than I would expect. The premium I pay is less expensive than most other companies I researched. We just have their regular plan with no add ons. They direct deposit our reimbursements right to our bank and it is very easy to submit claims.”
