You advertise up to 80%, we got maybe 15. Anesthesia isn’t covered neither are shots or the actual surgery I will be dropping this insurance since I pay over sixty dollars a month to have less then half of what I was promised.

I will rated higher but sometimes the process and takes quite a while and depositing the check also. I see that every year it gets more expensive the older your fur baby gets I don't think it's right but I don't want my fur baby not to be covered. If I have direct deposit I feel as though reimbursement should be deposited quickly then waiting 5 to 7 days.

We have needed to use our Pets Best plan a few times over this last year and they have always followed through per the plan guidelines. It’s good to know that we have coverage for any unexpected things that may pop up for our dog. The only downside is it can take 3 to 4 weeks to receive reimbursement.

We have been clients for several years and have been very happy with the service. they cover what they say they will and don't cover what they say they won't. We get very quick service by allowing them to deposit funds directly into our bank account and we always get and explanation telling us what was or wasn't covered.

We are fairly new to Best Pets insurance. The process of filing a claim and getting reimbursed seems to take weeks which is longer than I anticipated. I have yet to receive any dollars for treatments yet. We have completed the deductible but are waiting to hear back from them on the last visit two and a half weeks ago. My satisfaction is reserved at this time.

What can I say, it's another insurance company. They constantly avoid covering anything. They delay responses, complicate claim submissions, constantly request additional documentation that is irrelevant. They have quite the algorithm for calculating their share of reimbursement - with hidden allowable limits per line item, systematically selecting lower line items to contribute their portion, while limiting the higher line items. It's all bogus and smokescreen.

I bought this to save me money. I’m basically an 8 1/2 week old puppy being seven months now this has cost me more than I paid for the insurance. You’re better off, taking the money out of your pocket and paying the bills as they come.

I've been with Pet's best for about 3 years. Recently, I had an esay experience making my first claim. The claims process was very straight forward and was paid as I expected.

Was disappointed with the coverage of our annual wellness care visit for our pooch. Out of $199 in charges, insurance only covered $95. The reasons given were that we had met the limit for the year already. Well, if it is an annual visit, how could we have met the coverage limit already? Not happy with the value of having this policy.

We decided to enroll our fur babies in our insurance plan last year, and I'm so glad we did. Our little fur baby recently got really sick and had to be hospitalized. Our bills were very expensive, and I had no clue what would be covered. Uploading our vet bills on the online portal was very simple. Pets Best kept us updated on the status of all our claims. Within two weeks, they sent us an email letting us know that our claims were processed and what our deposit would be. Thanks to Pets Best, we can focus on enjoying quality time with our fur babies, knowing that their health and well-being are in good hands.

I wouldn’t have been able to afford Mei’s emergency visit without Pets Best. They have been an excellent company to work with during her journey with kidney failure

The coverage is good when you need it, but my monthly premium just skyrocketed from $68 to $121 for my 8 year old dog.
