“Pets Best Insurance is the best Insurance for animals. I have them for my dog. Each time I have filed a claim, they are pront in responding to my claim. I have never had a problem with them. If you are looking for Insurance for your pet, I highly recommend Pets Best Health Insurance.”

“I have to pay the vet immediately and then wait too long for reimbursement . I called and got the most uncaring person who told me to call next week and they would expediate The claim . This was after getting an apology email. Don’t apologize just fix it”

“Pets best leaves you wondering how they can remain in business with their poor service. I have been waiting almost two months for my claim check to arrive. They stall you and make excuses for it. I would not recommend them unfortunately. Their teleprompt has you waiting to speak to a representative for a long time and there is much needed improvement on their part.”

“My last experience with Pets Best app wasn't so great!!! I couldn't upload my vet bill to get reimbursed for like 2 weeks!!! Finally the day I was going to mail it to them it finally worked! Finally spoke to someone and they were updating their system!!! But in 5 years this is my only bad experience!!!”

“Always on hold for at least over 30 minutes. Seems like nothing is covered when I have the premium insurance. They closed a claim because they said they hadn’t heard from the vet, vet said that all records were sent. This is the second time this has happened. Starting to think this is intentional.”

“Extremely long hold times when they tell you it is under 10 minutes and it’s actually a hour. You contact them like 30 times even by email and they still won’t get back to you. They close out your claim without notification when they need further history from previous vet records when in reality it was the pets FIRST visit. You have a deductible where even if it’s at 250 and you paid 500 for the vet, they put just that visit towards the deductible and pay out nothing.”

“Great company, very caring. Explains every detail of any claim. Payments made very quickly. You can choose check or direct deposit. Claims either internet or paper. Been with thiem for may years and will remain with them. Whydo you think they are the Pet's Best?”

“Great coverage with competitive pricing. Claims, however, do take a while to get processed. If coverage/cost is your priority and you're willing to wait on claims to get processed, then PetsBest may be the best option for you.”

“I work in vet med and recommended this company. I just got a policy in Oct. And have had a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience thus far. I uploaded my pets records from work THREE days after my visit. And they are still "gathering" medical records which is not true. I've emailed two times with concerns and have not heard back. I finally called today and the representative on the phone sounded like she could care less and told me it's 10 to 25 calendar days for a claim to be processed. I work in a specialty emergency hospital and some people don't have the money to wait a month when they put the original payment on their credit card and have to pay the first payment. Working with other insurance companies and clients, I realized that the claims are processed much faster. Considering switching insurance companies and will think twice about recommending this to clients. We have trupanion software and process claims within minutes. Also, wait times are atrocious to speak with a rep. Chat is never available as an alternative. Do better Pet"Best. I have no idea what this survey is asking. I dod not order anything.”

“I did a lot of research on pet insurance and at least for a young, healthy dog PetsBest is best. The claim process is clear and pretty simple. The website works very well and their claims decision is clear. They also have live agents you can talk to with questions. Pricing key is to get a sizable deductible and get the wellness package. I get the most expensive wellness and a $1000 deductible and I usually get back half or more of the total premium.”

“Received timely communication and refund for the pro-rated plan amount (I pay annually) when my elderly dog passed away. I've always had good experiences with Pets Best throughout her life and I'll continue as a customer with my other dog.”

“Long delays in processing claims. Numerous calls to get the agents to do what they say they will do. Extremely long hold times. This amounts to a huge extraction of my time and makes the policy not worthwhile.”
