“Nowhere during registration was there a disclosure as to what the policy covered. In order to get a quote, it asked for my pet’s name, age, & breed. After getting the quote & signing up, I THEN received an email welcoming me & letting me know what the coverage covered. After just ONE visit to the vet, I have maxed out my benefits and I’m now stuck with paying monthly fees for the next 1 year before I can cancel the policy. I’m not very happy at all.”

“We have been a client of Pets best insurance for the life of our dog so far. We are extremely satisfied. The coverage is wonderful and the payout of claims are easy and refunded quickly. Explanation of benefits are easy to understand and customer service is quick and efficient. Would recommend to friends and family”

“I have had two claims with Pets Best the on line claim filing is very user friendly and it only takes minutes to file your claim once your set up. Reimbursement takes around 14 days to get into your bank account. I’m very pleased with their service and response. I highly recommend Pets Best for pets insurance”

“I just got my new rates, my rates for two dogs just went up 70%!!!!’ And while looking at that I got an email saying you’ll pay my one claim, but it took you a month to process it. So yeah you don’t look so good right now and I would never refer you because my rates went up last year too so in 2 years my rates have doubled.”

“I bit the bullet and decided to insure both of our pups -- one when he was 6 years old, the other when he was 10 weeks. During the healthy years, it was tempting to feel like we were paying into a blackhole -- but then our older guy was diagnosed with cancer, then another cancer. Without PetsBest, we would not have had the ability to give him the fighting chance. It's not lost on me the privileged position we are in to be able to afford the co-pay for his cancer operations and treatments -- but without our PetsBest policy, we would have had to say our goodbyes long ago.”

“Had two sudden claims back to back, one requiring surgery. It did take about a month between documentation requirements and processing but they were approved and applied to deductible! Now to see how it looks when it renews…”

“I like Pet's Best and feel like it is worth purchasing for illness and injury but we found it is not cost effective to keep the wellness policy. Also they are clow about reimbursments.”

“I am very happy with Pets Best Health Insurance. It was very easy to submit a claim and they responded imidiately. It took just several days for the insurance company to process our claim and send us the Explanation of Benefits. Good job Pets Best!!!”
