“Pets Best is a good company, but we didn't really save anything at all. The policy keeps getting more and more expensive. Each year it goes up. I had to cancel our pets insurance because we just can't afford it anymore. The older your pet gets the more they charge. Ridiculous.”

“Pets Best has remained my favorite pet insurance company out of the few I have been with over the years. While annual raises in premium are to be expected, theirs isn't jacked up greatly, year-over-year. For the most part, their reimbursement process is very quick; however, I have noticed some lag time this past year. There is one question that I have, and that I do not understand, which is why do you not cover an animal being fixed? This is definitely a necessary procedure on animals not being used for breeding, so I'm extremely curious as to why (and I do hold the most expensive policies for my dogs which raises my question even further).”

“Have been consistent with reimbursement of claims. Some claims of large amounts take longer to process but eventually they are paid out. They constantly update you on the status of your claims And are very apologetic for the lack of expediting them quickly The only thing I didn't like was the limits on wellness plans”

“Pets Best Health Insurance was the smart choice for my two cats, and so much easier to navigate than my own Health Insurance. There's a respository for Health Records, claims are fast and simple to submit, and claim status updates are sent regularly. With this plan, I can focus on my pets and not worry about the bills.”

“I’ve been using my pet insurance for my dog since 2020, and I can honestly say they’ve improved so much over the years. I’ve never had issues submitting claims or getting them approved, and the deductible/reimbursement process has always been easy to understand. But what has really stood out these past 2 years is how much faster and smoother the reimbursement process has become. Claims are being reviewed and approved much quicker than before, which makes such a difference when dealing with unexpected vet expenses. It’s reassuring to have a company that has continued to improve their service over time, and I’m really happy I chose to stick with them for my pup.”

“Have used them since my dog was a puppy and now five years later I am still very pleased with their handling of claims. They seemed to have streamlined their claim process and providing EOB within days.”
