Customer service is terrible. Recently their website was down and the company should have informed their customers how to submit a claim. The site was down for quite a bit. I saw a bunch of people complaining on social media and I also saw an email where you could submit claims, I submitted claims twice to the email that Pet Best provided both were ignored and no response. People pay a lot of money for their service for the last few months there wasn't any service. Pet Best owes their customers a partial refund or discounts for upcoming months. When the does work, we have two dogs, one dog's claim get process immediately the other is always delayed. It seems like someone is assigned to certain policies and one dog has someone who is efficient and the other is lazy. We complained several times about this and this hasn't been resolved.

Pets Best pet insurance is good but could improve in these two major areas: speed of processing and user portal. It takes a minimum of 4 weeks for a claim to process and sometimes longer. The app crashes so much, that it is unusable. I have to use the web version on my phone or get on a computer. Everywhere they drive to using their app, but it actually does not work well.

This claim is being handled in a timely manner. The last claims seemed to take an unbelievable time. Seems like some of the services are on the low side, but there monthly fees mostly make up for it.

They are amazing. Easy to submit a claim. They are quick on their return response and with no hassle. Best decision I ever made.

Claim submission is easy and quick turnaround. Only issue I have had is not being able to change password on website and long wait times when you call in.

Been happy with claims outcome however I’m am extremely disappointed with the way you’ve handled your app/log in being broken for over 4 months! I still can’t log in to my account at all, therefore have to call and wait over 30 min each time, have been told 3 times someone from IT would contact me to fix, no one has called. Also last time I called waited 30 minutes just have someone hang up on me! Shouldn’t take 3-4 month to fix a log in issue that affects hundreds of your customers.

My claim was quick and easy. First time while they were upgrading it was a bit more difficult but it greatly improved and I am very pleased.

I was very happy with pets best in the past, but lately the claims have taken until the last possible day to get processed. Even when you call they say they have everything they need, yet they still don’t process them quickly.

Pets Best is a quality insurance company. They are very responsive and pay claims quickly and accurately. They keep you informed all along the way during the claim process. Claims are easy to file and track. I would highly recommend this company!

Extremely disappointed, I should of done more research into the app before adding both of my cats into the policy. For starters this company never had an app that actually worked or an account that I could log in so I could look into my policy agreements and what does my policy covered. When I tried calling customer service to review my claims that was long over due some which by the way is was still process wrongly this guy name Thomas answered my call and he had to keep putting me on hold with every questions I asked him, I don’t think he was trained for his position. When I asked for my policy agreements to be email “as I cannot login into my account” he refused to email it to me. This Thomas guy even had the nerve to say the app is like WiFi that is not intended to be logging just to be have?!?! What does WiFi and being able to log in into my account to review my policy coverage has to do with each other? I asked for management and he refused to transfer my call.

Claims are easy to submit and ususally paid quickly. Best price so far for insuring my dog- even after price increases. We've been customers for 3 years.
