“Excellent but my policy covers Rx drugs and you never reimbursed me for that.I only learned from your email of Rx coverage. I called you aren’t 800 number and was on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up. I then sent an email to your email address and they asked the same question and no one ever responded to me. I am hoping that you will read this and call me back kindest regards joan schiller”

“The coverage is excellent. I had used another pet insurance company with previous dogs, and they always found ways not to cover my claims. Pets Best is not like that! There are 2 reasons why I did not give you a 5 star rating: 1) some claims have taken a LONG time to process; and 2) since the pandemic, it is impossible to get a representative on the phone.”

“Decided to sign up for pet insurance after getting a new puppy just before Christmas 2020. We had two cocker spaniels for 12 and 13 years respectfully and took excellent care of them both, however just like us humans they needed expensive medical procedures a couple times. A neighbor told me about PetsBest and how much they enjoyed the peace of mind having insurance for their two dogs. I decided to give PetsBest a try. So far go good. First claim took just over three weeks to pay. But PetsBest did pay. So far I am very happy.”

“I find Pets Best to be very helpful, and overall easy to work with. I have recently had a major health issue with one of my pets and their support and claim processed has been fantastic. One area of improvement is regarding customer service telephone support. It takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes to reach a representative. This is excessive and has happened every time I call.”

“I am very happy, Petsbest covered an expensive dental procedure exactly as stated in the contract. There was an error with my account numbers that was my fault and the rep was courteous, professional and respectful of my time and helped me figure out what happened. 4 stars because of wait times with customer service. They have been affected by covid complications like everyone else. Thankyou Petsbest!”

“Have had incredibly hard time getting through on phone to anyone. Have waited sometimes over 1/2 hr! Hard to talk to someone in person. Live chat has not answered my questions fully. Always wanted to talk to someone in person. Otherwise, attentive. Very specific as to what they are requesting and have had to resubmit claims a few times.”

“During this Covid 19 Pandemic, the wait times for a phone call are too long, 30 minutes I waited. It would be nice to have a prompt to leave your number so that they can call you back when your next in que!”

“I had to file my first claim earlier this year when my kitty needed a mammary tumor removed. The claim was super easy to file and came back quicker than I was told it would take. I also love that they offer direct deposit on claims. My only complaint is that I was unable to get someone on the phone. I waited on hold for almost an hour and finally gave up and emailed. The email took about 3 days to get a response which seemed a little long too.”
