Very great insurance. The claims processing times were a little bit long over the summer but I'm very satisfied with this insurance otherwise.

Overall quick response and payment on a claim. I do wish the wellness coverage was a bit better for what I pay but I recognize that as my dog gets older, so does the overall cost of preventative care.

pretty quick at looking at your claims , and responding quickly if further action is required. i only had to use them 2 times. and i have been pleased with the outcome . Thank you

This is my only experience with pet insurance. I have noticed that compared to others who use pet insurance, the turn around is quite slow. 3 to 4 weeks. It has been very helpful though. When it came to an unexpected injury, it was a lifesaver. The additional wellness packages are questionable though, as to whether they're cost effective.

Our puppy has been incredibly healthy, so we have barely used our coverage. Not complaining about that. For wellness care coverage Pets Best usually doesn't agree with our vets' charges even though our clinic is known to be fairly priced. After his neuter the claim report was hard to understand. It was broken down into components of the procedure, those denied all had the same comment. Comment claimed we had already reached our limit for that category, but we had no previous claims. Reimbursement took about two weeks. I know if we needed insurance for serious problems, we would be glad we had it. We will continue for our protection.

The Good! - First reimbursement for a well animal visit was 73%. A much better ROI than with Nationwide Pets. The not so Good - Time to reimburse was too long. The blog states 5 days or less, but the actual time was more like 3 weeks. Get that reimbursement time up and its 5 stars all the way.

I think it is a great policy, HOWEVER the claims process is lengthy and at times you cant reach customer service by phone for a day or two or if you leave a message

Good coverage at a reasonable price. A bit slow on the reimbursements, but no hassles otherwise. I would definitely recommend them.

Pets Best has an easy system for submitting claims online. The only problem was that they didn't think the copy of the bill was clear enough. After re-submitting, the claim was processed quickly and the check was received within a week.

I've been with this company for over 10 years. Honestly they have resolved every problem I've had, in fact they paid a claim that I appealed when I provided them with a scientific article written about the condition my dog had. I am just disapponted, and this is not Pet's Best fault, that pet insurance is SO expensive. My policy cost went up dramatically this year. I also have no issue with how the company has gotten to claims in as timely a fashion as possible during the pandemic. I wish it was less expensive though.
