This is the first real claim I made against this insurance in roughly three years of coverage. They were basically the only company that covered my dog overseas. The time it took to process the claim was good and they followed what I believe to be the guidelines of the policy. Overall, this was a positive experience.

We have had very good experiences over a number of claims with Pets Best. The only complaint I have is the timeline for processing claims can sometimes be extremely long. But this last claim was much better on that account. I will happily revise my review if the timelines continue to stay reasonable.

I really appreciate the quick of turning around on the claim. Sometimes insurance companies don't get great reputation and sometimes I've been frustrated with what gets paid and not but when it came to worrying about a large surgery, they came through and I was very appreciative.

I just signed up for Pets Best 2 weeks ago and until now, I’ve had a good experience. I took my puppy for routine vaccines and heart worm test and got reimbursed right the next day. I also called the pet line and was able to talk to a vet (who was very nice and friendly) about a concern I had. The vet’s advice was very helpful and now my puppy feels great. I’m happy and pleased with this insurance so far. However, when I called customer service no one answered the phone.

I've had no problems in the 3 years I've carried the insurance. I feel the premium is too high when Lucy has had very few health claims during this time period.

While sometimes it takes longer than I would like to be reimbursed, Pets Best delivers on their promise to take care of you and your pet. We initially got Pets Best when we brought our 8-week-old puppy home, and throughout our puppy's first year of life, it has more than paid for itself. Would highly recommend PetsBest; just be prepared for a wait for reimbursement (typically 20-30 days post-expense).

I have generally been pleased with this insurance. They reimbursement me relatively quickly. My only issue is that I think the cost is high; particularly for young, healthy indoor animals; however, I'm sure that I will be glad I invested in it if an emergency happens.

Pets Best pays claims as soon as they get a correct claim. I had trouble getting what they wanted, but as soon as I got it right, they paid promptly. What more could be said about a good insurance company?

for a while it was very slow completing claims. However the last 3 claims I had was done in just a couple of days that was wonderful. keep up the good job. thank you

Things have been great. My only complaint is that when I called to get a question answered, I was on hold for 45 min. before someone got to me. This is FAR too long! The gentleman that helped me was great, but something needs to be done about that wait time.

They are very meticulous on how you send in the claim. I wanted to talk to someone about why my plan went up $12. Couldn’t get anyone. Wanted to talk about adding a second dog and couldn’t get a person.

First time experience with having pet insurance. Did my due diligence before choosing Pets Best and am very happy that I did. Would have given 5 stars except that I think reimbursement could be stepped up a bit, but over all very happy with them.
