“Hello - I have had a good experience with Pets Best for the last 4 years. I do feel that the processing of claims could be faster, however, all of the reps I have engaged with have been friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Pets Best has been the best. Unfortunately, in our pup's short two years of life, he has had a few ailments that would have certainly added up for us had Pets Best not been on our side. We are grateful to have had this insurance from day one, as they have been here every step of the way.”

“I recommend PetsBest to everyone; the one and only thing I always tell them is claims can take 3-4 weeks to be actually reimbursed, but otherwise it’s great coverage for a great cost.”

“With insurance we can go to the vet with confidence that whatever it takes to help our sweet dog, we can do it! You just have to pay ahead and wait for reimbursement, which did not take too long.”

“Like all insurance companies, Pets Best looks for questionable reasons to deny claims. They are slow in processing claims, and only to then tell you why they're denying it. I'm not getting my money's worth. (BTW, this survey is silly; I'm reviewing whether or not I was satisfied with how they paid my claims, not whether some item was delivered to me.)”

“It is my first time raising a dog from puppyhood. I knew I should have insurance. I read everything on line about pet insurances, I decided on Pets Best. It has been one of the smartest choices I have made. At the beginning of Bella's 2nd year she was diagnosed with Addison's disease. She (female black lab mix) is now 3and a half, on daily medication and monthly shots and doing very well. I could 't have afforded her care without Pets Best help. I tell all my friends how happy I am with the choice I made.”
