“Their turnaround time on claims is usually good and their customer service reps are typically courteous and helpful but their documentation requirements are too strict. Plus, you can't view the documents you submitted on their website after the fact and their reps can't explain why!”

“I purchased my German Sheperd "Pets Best" insurance, shopped around had no idea which company to go with. This covered 21,775 of a 22,500 bill!!!!!! This is better than my Company's insurace carries on me! I am the CEO! This Monday I will sign my new dog up, while he is a rescue This company is GREAT!”

“We’ve used Pets Best for several years now, primarily with our 2 Cavalier King Charles dogs. Unfortunately, they’ve had several illnesses, which are expensive to diagnose and treat. Pets Best has really been a HUGE help. The process is simple to submit a claim. Occasionally, they may have a large backlog and takes a bit longer to close a claim. Most of the time, it’s with a week or so. We will continue to use now and with future pets.”

“There was a long delay with them acknowledging that I submitted a claim. Then, when they finally approved it, I was hit with a $250 deductible (ouch). Overall, they make the reimbursement process easy by sending funds via direct deposit, which is nice.”

“Pets Best has saved my dogs life over and over .. he was dx w meninga encephalitis which requires chemo treatment and lifetime immune medication. They have covered everything for my dog . He was only 2 when dx. We used Pets Best for our last dog had it for 15 years and never used until the couple years before dog passed he got cardiomyopathy and once again they had covered all treatments. I would never use another carrier they are amazing .”

“I am unhappy with Pets Best. My claims have almost all been wellness related, and the reimbursements have been poor due to limitations in the policy. Some claims have taken over a month to process and I am still waiting for them.”

“Pets Best has been the best. Unfortunately, in our pup's short two years of life, he has had a few ailments that would have certainly added up for us had Pets Best not been on our side. We are grateful to have had this insurance from day one, as they have been here every step of the way.”
