“This company is easy to deal with and really stands behind the insurance products they offer. I had to use the accident insurance this year and they really did cover 90% with no issues. I was pleasantly surprised. This is the 3rd year I've been a customer and I will continue to be.”

“I have mixed feelings about Pets Best. While the claims process is very easy and quick, I have found myself questioning the coverage and asking would I just be better creating my own savings account for pet expenses. My coverage only covered less than 20% of a recent teeth cleaning claim.”

“Was a way faster claim experience than all other times. Normally it took up to a month. This claim took a few days to a week. Very pleased.”

“We have had Pets Best for many years and for several of our dogs. We have had to use them for a torn leg ligament and sadly several times for canine cancer. They have processed our claims and reimbursements in just a few days, they have been amazing!”
