“I have been pleased with my Petsbest Insurance. I would say 80% of the time, I get my refund in a timely manner. Overall with the 90% Insurance policy, you will be happy with.”

“This is literally the worst company I have ever experienced. Their website has been terrible for 2 straight and they blame it on Microsoft. The outage with Microsoft was less than 24 hours, the problems started BEFORE the Microsoft outage and continued well after, so that’s a complete lie. They still managed to collect their monthly payments with no problem and actually had the audacity to raise the rates by 50% for my pets (ages 2, 4, and 8 all in good health with no claims during the year I held the insurance). Trying to call customer service was a lesson in futility when you are on hold forever and still can’t get through. I would give this company 0 stars if that were an option. I’d recommend literally anything but Pets Best”

“I've been with Pets Best for 7+ years ,since my Dog was a puppy. Filing a claim online is quick and easy, reimbursement is typically 10- 14 days. My poor guy has had a bad rap with multiple health issues over the years, I've never had a single problem with their service, Pets Best truly gives me peace of mind ! Highly recommended to any pet parent 👍👍”

“Not happy that the premium has literally doubled in 5 yrs so I imagine by the time my dog is 10 yrs old, I will be paying over $200/month. Basically, like having another car payment…ridiculous! Also, they are very selective on what is covered.”

“I really think a discount for referring others or adding second/third pets would be nice. I have encourahged so many of my friends to use PetsBest, even my own vet!
