“We have been with pets best for 4+ years and really like them. Claims are settled quickly and reimbursements are paid in a timely manner. Premium goes up every year but that’s with every company. Everything is cut and dry in the policy and spelled out so there are no surprises. Highly recommend.”

“I am writing to share concerns regarding issues with your application’s automated messaging and claims workflow. Despite sending the requested medical records multiple times—both directly and through the veterinary hospital—to the same email address specified in the automated messages, I have continued to receive repeated notifications stating that the records are still pending. This has required unnecessary duplicate emails and has caused confusion and frustration, as the attachments were sent exactly as instructed. The automated responses did not accurately reflect the status of the submitted documents, which made the process inefficient and, at times, quite discouraging. I respectfully ask that this issue be reviewed and corrected so claims processing can be more reliable and streamlined going forward.”

“Pets Best would not cover medications that was given to my dog in the emergency room.... Even though I pay for services that cover illness, emergency, and wellness... The reason they told me is because the medication is new and not listed on their preferred list of medications.. Even though the veterinarian said my dog absolutely had to have them to survive!! The veterinarian told me that these medications are not new and that most plans cover these..... So I give Pet's Best a thumbs down 👎”

“One of my dogs had an unexpected surgery which nobody likes to have to payout. And then an emergency room visit shortly after. Ouch. that was a big hit. I'm so glad that I have had her covered by Pets Best. Second time in 3 years I've needed it, but the reimbursement was needed to pay the credit card I had to use. The response to my many questions and the reimbursement was very quick also.”

“I LOVE THIS INSURANCE. We originally got it for my senior girl so she was 100% covered for anything that could creep up and then we also got a puppy and they’ve been amazing with reimbursements! They cover so much and I love this company. We’ve been with them for almost 3 years now and we don’t ever plan on switching them!”

“We’ve been with Pets Best for four years, covering our four cats.
