This company is quite honest in providing you with the services stated. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the wait time to receive your claim is a little long.

If the claim completion time has been faster I would have given 5 stars. Wonderful customer service, easy to understand EOB, and mostly clear on what was/was not covered.

I am happy with the overall insurance. However, the turnaround time to process a claim is exceptionally long. It should not take 1-2 months to process.

Overall I have had a really good experience with pets best. It is quick and convenient to submit a claim and overall it's been easy to get reimbursed. The only thing that has been frustrating so far is how long it's taking right now to get claims processed.

Our family has been Pets Best customers for 13 years and have continued to recommend the company to anyone who asks, both for their customer service and simplicity of filing claims. We recently had to file a rather large claim for a serious, terminal illness and our cat's eventual passing. It was so comforting to know that we could make the doctor-recommended decisions for his diagnosis and treatment without having to worry about the cost. We received exactly the reimbursement we expected, and were pleased that there was no question about the coverage. The reason for only 4 stars is that I feel like the ability to contact customer service was lacking. We fully understand that the pandemic had an impact on this, and we appreciated their communication regarding the delays in completing the reimbursement. However, early on, I had some specific questions about filing the slightly complicated claim, and I spent a remarkable 3+ hours on hold over the course of a few days. Finally, after committing to waiting as long as I needed to one day (which was over an hour), I was able to speak with a representative who wasn't able to give me much advice except to tell me that I should submit it however I wanted to. The hold message refers to a live chat, but there's no obvious link on the website. I found one via Google, but I was put into a queue and each time I appeared to be up next to chat, the chat would end and I'd receive a survey asking how my chat went! So, the bottom line is that I'd still recommend the company based on the total of my experiences, but the communication is a real concern that will hopefully improve.

We are happy with pets best. Even during the pandemic they tried to process claims quickly we appreciate that.

Pets Best if really great! But....it is hard to reach them. On phone a LONG time. I understand the times right now but Pets Best needs to start employing people to make our time shorter. Some of us DO not like to "chat" or leave a message.

I am pleased with Pets Best. Very hard to speak to someone in person but the Chat line seems to help. Other than reaching customer service, I am very pleased.

So far Pets Best has complied with what I know to be the terms of my policies. I have not experienced any issues like fine print exclusions or surprises. Currently they are much slower processing claims.

So far so good I received my 1st claim in about a week maybe 10 days I did think that heart warm tests were covered but apparently not but the price of the insurance is very fair
