“Love the feeling my pet is insured. Don’t love the reimbursement amounts in light of the premium I pay.”

“Prior to PetsBest I had AKC pet insurance and they were wonderful. Claims were approved very quickly and without any hassle. I switched to pets best to save a few bucks and unfortunately regret that choice. After a year I had my first claim. My biggest claim they keep asking for “itemized invoices” which I have provided multiple times. I’ve even called a rep who agrees that what I submitted is an itemized invoice and says that she will email the claims department. I just received a 3rd email asking for an itemized invoice. I cannot provide an even more itemized invoice that what we already gave! Everything is broken down in quantity and price. It feels like they’re making the claims process more difficult than it needs to be. This is very stressful waiting on thousands of dollars!”

“Some claims get rejected because my coverage I select. Because I can't afford the higher amount. But pay good far as regular year visits and medical like flea and tick and heart gard”

“We had Pet's Best with our last two dogs. After researching other options we again chose Pets Best. My only complaint is that it takes forever for reimbursement. When you have already shelled a good $1500 for an emergency and follow up it would be nice to see our benefit arrive sooner than a month at minimum.”

“Overall, I’ve been happy with Pets Best. More often than not, my claims are reviewed and reimbursed within a month. There are times where it’s taken much longer to get a reimbursement, but they’re not all too often. My biggest complaint is how often and how much my premiums go up each year. I do expect them to go up as my pets age, but it does seem to be excessive in my own opinion.”

“We have had Pets Best accident and wellness policy for 2 years now. Up until this year claims were processed really slowly! This year it was processed within a week so that was a nice improvement. We haven't received the re-imbursement yet but were assured it's on the way. We feel that the insurance provides good coverage.”

“I have had Pets Best Pet Insurance for years and over all I like the insurance. They are still the best pet insurance I have seen so far. Now saying that I have to say it has taken longer and longer to get claims completed. The coverage is very good but wonder why it is taking so long to get those claims done. Yeap Pets Best is the BEST pet insurance for my GSD Levi!”

“I would rate Pets Best a 5 if they didn’t take so long to reimburse. That being said, I’m extremely happy with them and the website is so easy to use. I did a lot of research when selecting a pet insurance policy and felt that PB had the best coverage. Im very happy with them!”

“I am so thankful I purchased health insurance for my puppy. I have never had insurance for my pets in the past and always regretted it. When I received my reimbursements after my puppy broke her leg, it was heaven sent. My only frustration was the amount of time it took to process the claims. I was taking my puppy to the vet weekly if not more frequent. I was broke. I was so thankful when I finally received the reimbursements.”

“Fairly easy to set up and submit claims. The app did have some bugs where it wouldn’t let me upload my documentation so I went the online route. It took maybe a couple of weeks in total from start to finish to receive my reimbursement. Overall am satisfied with Pets Best”
