“The claim review process is 30 days which is long compared to other insurance in the market; however, the review was complete and well explained.”

“I love the insurance. I have had three dogs with you over the years. The only complaint I have this time is the extended time it takes to pay a claim. It used to be about five days and now it's a month, thus the four stars.”

“It takes about 30 days for reimbursement which I think could be improved. Once that is done I in my opinion they would rate a five star”

“I have always found Pet's Best Insurance to be easy to work with. Submitting claims is very simple especially when you can do it directly from their App on my smartphone. The only short coming is sometimes it can take longer than usual to process claims, but other than that, I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have been with Pets Best for a long time and plan to remain a loyal customer. However, the rate at which claims are processed has gradually gotten worse over the past few years. I recently was disappointed with paperwork being handled badly with a claim and lots of confusion that should not have happened. Overall I still love the customer service and appreciate the help.”

“I could be the spokesperson for Pet’s Best. I recommended it to anyone I know who gets a new pet along with some tips I wish I would have gotten. My two dogs seem to injure themselves at the exact same time on different ways and I am so thankful for Pet’s Best. I wish I would have understand the importance of rehab more than I did, but overall I’m very happy.”

“For the price that I pay, the coverage I receive for my pets is outstanding. However, getting refunds takes FOREVER which is pretty annoying; there have been occasions where I have waited almost 2 months to hear back on a claim, but a typical wait time is about 4 weeks.”

“The review time on our claim took longer than the 30 days. So that was frustrating. Also, every time I call there is an extensive wait time to talk to someone. Hopefully you’ll be able to hire more help.”

“They've been a little slow processing my claims...but I understand that that's all pandemic-related. Otherwise, I thought their adjudication of a complicated $750 vet bill was fair and reasonably prompt.”

“I have been satisfied with Pets Best and have 6 dogs covered by insurance. My only issue is the consistent delay in reviewing and paying claims. Although I do get an email that apologizes for the delay itself, it was a financial burden on me to keep forking out money to the ER vet when I knew I'd have 90% of the already-paid invoiced amount being reimbursed to me. It was difficult financially to wait.”
