“pets best has been easy to submit claims, and once it’s processed, it’s been fine. however, it takes at least 3 weeks for them to process which is the only downfall of having pets best.”

“Pets Best has been mostly great. Submitting claims is easy. Normally very quick turn around. I’ve used Pets Brat for 2 years now and it’s been 95% great with one time where a claim took 6 weeks to clear. Otherwise a good experience.”

“Very good service and solve all of my claims. However, I think they should get a bit better at communicating the status of my claims. They took 40 days to complete one of my claims and didn't really apologize for it or anything like that.”

“They cover a lot and are more than fair with claims! I wish they would covered some more medications like Dasaquin to treat my dogs arthritis. They also take a fairly long time to process claims. I have ASPCA on my other dog and they cover more medications and treatment supplements for her arthritis and wobblers (not preventative supplements) as well as usually process claims pretty fast like in a week. But overall Petsbest is cheaper per month for my yoinger dog and they cover the important stuff like surgeries!”

“We have been customers of Pets Best Insurance for approximately five years. The only negative comment I have is I wish their payments on claims were faster. While I don't have experience with other Pet Insurance companies I would recommend Pest Best Insurance.”

“Fast processing of claims. Easy to submit claims. Customer service is very helpful. Only thing I don't agree with is changing to an upgraded policy is not allowed for existing conditions.”

“Best coverage for price and we did extensive research on other pet insurance companies. Only drawback is how incredibly long it takes to actually be reimbursed. Took a month and a half for me to get my first reimbursement back. But this could be because they were gathering medical records. Hopefully the next time will be a bit faster. But overall satisfied with the experience.”
