“Pet's Best has been amazing and so helpful. I've never had a hassle or issue with getting reimbursed. My only criticism is that it can take a while for the claims to be processed and reimbursed. Up to 6 weeks it seems.”

“The reason of 4 stars. I have been a customer for a long time. Had excellent response from insurance. Submitting claims as I was directed. Quick response. Lately long delays with different reasons. Lately I was told delay was waiting for doctors reports. Copies of my receipts and payment with doctors treatment and meds along with reasons of treatment. Was never told to submit actual doctors reports. Now I will Include doctors reports or copies. 42 days waiting is not excepted. Since I was following filing directions since being a customer. Also did submit one doctors reports due to reconstruction surgery. But on smaller claims just claim forms signature and copy of payment. Recommend having insurance also send copy of doctors written reports for treatments”

“Great insurance for my girl Mollie! She has eaten and chewed on everything since being a puppy, including 20 out of 25 sugar cubes of rat poisoning! She wasn't expected to live but she did! Pets Best covered everything. The only negative is that they are a little lax in sending out refund checks. Other than that, they're a great insurance company for my Mollie. After all, she deserves the best! Thank you Pet's Best!”
