“This is not my first pet insurance and pets best has out performed all previous companies. They’ve covered everything they said they would and have responded pretty quickly. I’m happy I chose pets best.”

“The insurance offered I’d very good but the wait time for reimbursement is much too long. This should be corrected since other pet care insurance companies offer quicker turnaround time on customer claims.”

“this was my first claim, so maybe that is what took so long, but I submitted a claim on May 9, got word on May 30th that I had been reimbursed, it's now June 1 and no reimbursement yet. Still waiting....”

“It was very easy to get started, and all the options were explained well. The claim submission process is quite easy, and the explanation of benefits is well-stated. The only negative thing was for a time the claim processing took a long time, but this was also during the covid situation. I am delighted to say that our last claim was processed in just over 24 hours!”

“My claim was handled very quickly; and the customer service has been great. However, for multiple and older pets, it is very expensive. Paying in smaller installments doesn't change that. I have one pet that's not insurable, so I may cancel the policy on another pet or two, to keep my costs down.”

“Have only had for 1 year. Minimal use, thankfully. My last claim took a long time before it was settled & my direct deposit received. I do think that was somewhat my &/or my veterinarian's fault. Two different visits for different reasons were on one receipt. I would definitely & have reccomend them.”

“I like pets best very much. But I don't like that it takes almost 3 weeks to process my claim then another 2 weeks to get my reimbursement check.”
