“I really like this company! They reimburse promptly and are easy to work with. My only regret is that I didn’t pick the highest level of reimbursement on the wellness plan because my spay and microchip weren’t covered at all which seems silly but that’s my fault.”

“PetsBest has always been quick/fair with payments. The only reason i dont give them a 5 star is because my pets are 6 and 7 years old and its costing over $150/month now fir them... If it keeps going up this fast im going to have to cancel... :(”

“We have had a PB policy for over 10 years for multiple dogs. Timely processing of claims; cover about half of the wellness checkup/vaccinations. Fortunately we have not had many major medical claims, thh HHI e coverage has been fair.”

“Initial audit was lackluster and disappointing and the claim process is very archaic. But after filing my claim they extensively audited my original request and were able to resolve my claim. Thank you for being so thorough, the money went straight to tying up any pending debts from Munch's costs. Please take care.”

“We have been covered by Pets Best for 2 years. No complaints at all. I know they are behind in claim processing, but I understand the struggles companies have finding good employees. I would strongly recommend Pets Best for your furry friend!”

“The premiums went up a fair amount this year, so I shopped around. I am glad i stayed with them. Their customer care associates are always so helpful and pleasant. They have also improved their claims review orocess snd turn things around quickly. It has been a good experience and we are starting our third year with them for our two pups.”
