“Pets Best is good pet insurance. It is good to get some money back for my pet's care since Vet visits are pricey. Wish they would cover more though. Especially tooth care.”

“Have never had an issue submitting a claim and app is really easy to use. Only complaint is it can takea couple months to receive your reimbursement for a claim.”

“So far my only complaint is that it takes awhile before you find out if they have approved your claim and for the timely matter to receive your claim payment. Besides that I'm pretty much satisfied.”

“Had a small delay because of a receipt that was cut off but you could still see the amount higher on it. Not a big payout because of the initial deductible but will evaluate again if we have another claim. Thanks!”

“I was pleased that we received accurate reimbursement according to our plan. Reimbursement did take longer than expected, as we had paid the bill on a credit card and waited almost 2 full cycles to be reimbursed. Had we been notified when we signed up for the policy that we needed to submit all medical records for her entire life, then the process would have gone more quickly. Instead, the company requested records from a vet that clearly states they will only release records to the owners. The company did not contact us to get the records until they had sent multiple requests to the vet and our claim was in danger of being denied. When I called to find out what the problem was, I was told we needed records for her entire life instead of just the one year that was noted on the portal. After we submitted the records, everything went smoothly, but better communication could have prevented the delay in reimbursement.”

“I’ve been very satisfied with this insurance policy for my Golden retriever. So far it has more than paid for itself. I took the best policy they offered. Covers everything from wellness to catastrophic disease.”

“I'm pleasantly surprised. I adopted a 3 yr old dog, and I worried that any unknown conditions would be considered pre-existing, but they weren't. The insurance only covers one vaccine per year, and there was a longer wait time for coverage than I thought, but other than that they've helped me afford better care of my dog.”
