“Definitely a much needed product if you a pet owner. The site is very user friendly, and the reimbursement is always completed as defined (amount wise), the service is professional and friendly as well. The only bad thing is the app doesn’t work and reimbursement takes a lot longer than stated.”

“This last set of claims have been delayed compared to other times. I acknowledge the current times and circumstances affecting that. Otherwise I feel the company is doing the best that they can in adjudicating the claims.”

“The processing and settlement of claims takes so long. Calls to check on the status of a claim get put on hold. For the last two claims filed, I have yet to be able to speak to a person when I’ve tried to call.”

“I’m grateful I did receive reimbursement. I would have liked to receive a few updates via email during the process. I had to call and a claims adjuster explained how backed up the claims were. He was super helpful. Thank you.”

“The bigger claims take a long time. Too long. I’m paying for the insurance for 12 years for my dog and now she needs it so I hope that I will be reimbursed for my bigger claims.”

“They send the insurance refund quickly but are very nicpicky with how they paperwork is submitted. I resubmitted paperwork three times and called there and talk to an agent who said she would make a note that it went with the original claim and still my claim for other charges was not processed.”
