“Generally claims are processed fairly quickly... however once a claim is approved and you get an EOB, there is a fair amount of delay before direct deposit payment is recieved.”

“I put in a claim on 6/27 and was quickly reimbursed by 7/17. I am very pleased w/ how smoothly the claim process was from beginning to end.”

“I have no complaints! While it may take a couple of weeks for acceptance/payment, I think they're doing a great job and they are helping me with a mystery elbow wound that is taking a long time to heal!”

“I waited a whole month to get reimbursed and was only reimbursed for half of my dogs visit because some idiot thinks a wart on the outside of the mouth is the same as a tumor inside of the mouth. This was not a pre-existing problem as they claimed. So I am expected to jump hoops to prove other wise. I cancelled my policy and would definitely not recommend this company.”
