“My dog was sick and had to go to the ER vet. Pet’s Best covered all but $66.00 of the $600+ bill. Tje claim was adjudicated quickly. Customer support is excellent and always able to answer questions. We highly recommend Pet’s Best!”

“I've enjoyed using this the past couple years and there's never been a problem. It came time for my renewal and dog's annual exam around the same time. I did not get the usual annual reimbursement amount back since the exam was a week or so before the renewed date. Now I will lose out on a year of the benefits since his exam will not be until July 2026 when my renewal was July 10, 2025 but exam was on July 1, 2025.”

“Having high pet bills and being denied reimbursement due to a timeframe rule makes no sense to me. If I am paying monthly for insurance but still end up covering the cost myself, I might as well put that money into a savings account and use it for bills. For this reason, I’ve chosen to leave this company.”

“I’m pretty sure I chose the best insurance for my pet. They have come through quickly each time as new issues arise. He is 2-1/2 and they didn’t increase the cost of my policy when he turned 2. So thankful for them to help keep him healthy. Very easy to submit claims and quick payment.”

“Possibly the worst insurance....even though I think all insurances are the same, they treated an ear infection as a previuos condition beacsue in the past there was an allergy issue, they are in for the money so they will see your dog as a car....and this is unfortunately a general problem in the US....and I have to add by the way that worst of the worst it is Nationwide that dumped me after 8 years of payments!!!”

“I HIGHLY recommend Pets best for pet insurance. They pay claims quickly and do what is expected. Had we not had pet insurance we would have had to make horrible choices with our dogs illness before we knew what was happening.”

“I don’t appreciate you guys raising prices every year. I got the insurance when my dog was a puppy. There should be an advantage of having the insurance to reduce costs but soon the cost of the insurance will outweigh its benefits.”

“Generally claims are processed fairly quickly... however once a claim is approved and you get an EOB, there is a fair amount of delay before direct deposit payment is recieved.”
