“I love my pet insurance company. They are fair and responsive. My puppy developed epilepsy at a year old and every medication and emergency room has been covered. I have the unlimited plan with a 1k deductible and 90% coverage. I would have went into massive debt to save my now healthy five year old pup had I not had insurance. He’s now three years seizure free but takes two fistfuls of medications twice a day. He’s living his best life and a longer life than if we couldn’t have afforded the care he needs. Pets Best also helped us through a major heart condition with our first dog and a brain tumor in our second. Losing a pet is hard but it’s easier to come to terms with when you know you afforded every opportunity to treat the disease. I recommend Pets Best to every pet owner I know.”

“I researched various pet insurance providers and decided to go with Pets Best based on reviews and cost. It has already paid off as our new dog needed surgery about five months after we got him. It was easy and fast to file a claim and the reimbursement amount seemd very fair. I would recommend them!”

“This is my first claim with pets best and I was a little bit, disappointed in how long it took to have a claim. The reason why I went with you guys is because of the ease of submitting a claim, and it took almost 3 weeks to get an answer.”

“We just added Pets Best to our benefits selections and we couldn’t be happier. They have approved all our claims to this point. There is clear, timely communication at all stages of the claim, and they have the option of expedited reimbursements should you elect direct deposit to a bank account. I personally love that the explanation of benefits is not only attached, but embedded in the approval email they send…here’s to fewer clicks for needed info! 🍻”

“My dog Pete had a leg injury this past memorial weekend, its the first time I truly have depended on Pets Best insurance ...I have been with Pets Best for 8 yrs...I am totally satisfied with the wellness and mostly satisfied with the accidental portion of insurance..Pets best has been timely , helpful with questions and guidance..Everyone is helpful and if an answer wasn't available they get back to you with a solution...we are still going thru drs and getting Pete back up and running ..I couldnt have handled any of this and his injuries without having pet insurance ..Best choice as far as I am concerned for my pet..Many thanks to everyone on staff..Plse continue the amazing helpful work you have been providing ...with best regards from my dog Pete and my family 💙”

“Pets Best is great! Glad that we had them when one of our dogs got cancer…it would impossible to afford it without Pets Best! They give us back the 80% of all the pets veterinary bills with the policy that we are paying for…it takes a few weeks to get the money back once you make the Claim but they really refound your money back Thank you Pets Best! We pay insurance for 4 dogs it always worked!”
