“I’ve had this pet insurance for 13 years and never filed a claim. These past few months our dog has been sick and we’ve finally had to file some claims. We were impressed with the turn around time with the first few but our latest ER hospital visit bill has gone beyond their turn around window for reimbursement and this is very concerning and disappointing. We received an email apologizing for the delay with no other explanation. This is a $2000 bill. With this in mind, I would be wary to recommend them at this point in time. I do hope they come through more quickly with our reimbursements should we continue to need to file.”

“We got insurance when we adopted a puppy from a rescue. We of course never knew if we would need it but wanted to have it in case since we knew she came from a puppy mill. When she was a year and a half she started having seizures suddenly. After two ER visits she was diagnosed with a severe disease. Thanks to our insurance we have been able to persue the agressive treatment needed. Without it the cost associated with diagnosing and treating this would have really hurt us financially. Also if we couldnt treat she wouldn't have survived.”

“Up to this point no issues with coverage, though was recently suprised and unhappy that company could not provide approval or estimate of costs for dog's upcoming surgery --not transparent on their services at all !!!”

“So far the last few years I've had no issues with my insurance. It's been well worth the monthly few, any doubt I have about my dogs health i just bring her in to the vet knowing I have insurance. I'm grateful it has saved me alot of money.”
