Pets Best is amazing! I would love to benchmark their service against other providers, but I'm so satisfied I can't name another pet insurance company. I tell anyone who will listen how great Pets Best is. Our dog had a serious knee procedure and Pets Best paid up per the deal without delay. Claims are always processed quickly and payments are made within a couple days. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend Pets Best.

I prefer submitting paper copies which are easy to complete. The turn around time has been very short with clear explanations of their guidelines, next steps, what us eeed from you if anything.

Claims take weeks to go through. Website is often down and when submitting claims, errors often prevent documents from being uploaded

Your recent/current technology has been a pain to dea; with. It is the first time we have ever had any issue filing/receiving claims, and logging on to your site. Hopefully you will have this fixed soon.

Not very clear instructions... I submitted an invoice and then just got alerted that there was "missing information" but they never told me what was missing or what needed to be submitted, when you try to use the chat no one is ever available. Makes it very difficult to use and actually get claims reimbursed. No clear explanations of why certain things aren't covered... not sure that it is really worth the cost of premiums, since very rarely are claims actually reimbursed in my experience. Would be great if chat was responsive and could answer my questions.

Pets best insurance has been a literal life saver for us. I have a French bulldog and unfortunately we have had to use our insurance several times and have never had any issues with claims. Thank you pets best.

I have had Pets Best for years for multiple pets. I have always been pleased with the coverage and service. Customer service has always been easy to deal with. Reimbursement may be quicker with other providers but I would still pick Pets Best. In fact, I just got coverage for another pet!

We have had our policy for 6 years and never had to use it. Recently our beloved GSD became suddenly ill and was diagnosed with an aggressive incurable cancer. It was an expensive week in the hospital as the hospital was trying to figure how what was happening. When she passed and we added up all the expenses it was overwhelming. We submitted our claims wondering what small print we didn’t read in the policy that would be a loop hole where nothing would be covered, but we were wrong. We met our deductible, and had the policy that covers 90% and that is exactly what they paid.

Took way longer than it should have to get my case fixed. 4 months total for my fist claim for a simple wellness check and ear check...... Had to resubmit the claim because even tho we had sent records multiple times they closed the case and gave me a run for my time to just tell me 3 months of waiting to just resubmit and wait an extra 30 days for them to finally approve it. Everyone I have talked to about this claim said it is definitely insane how long a simple claim took.
