“Had an issue with initial submission. I called, they listened and they resolved my issue. Great service. Only reason for 4 stars is the initial problem could have been avoidable.”

“Review would be better if there was a discount for Military and/or multiple pets with PetsBest. The process to create/file a claim is very straightforward and easy to complete. Claim turnaround time was less than a month and payout was expected per my contract. Communication was also very good during the process.”

“I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance to any pet owner. This is the first time I've had pet insurance for one of my dogs, and while I had hoped never to need it, my three-year-old pup recently became very ill. Having coverage through Pets Best has made it possible to pursue the care he needs without the added stress of overwhelming costs. I'm grateful for the peace of mind it provides and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.”

“The coverage is not really that much after deductibles, copayments and sub limits as compared to premiums paid. The EOBs don’t really explain specifics.”

“Scam. My dog had to get over 10 of his teeth pulled out for health reasons with his teeth and gum, but it was mismarked as a “wellness claim” although it was badly hurting him. They do that to avoid help paying any bills.”

“I highly recommend getting pet insurance for your pet, and I highly recommend Pets Best. When your fur baby is sick, they take the worry away when it cones to making decisions. Not to mention worrying about money. All it takes is for one major incident...so please, if you are going to invest in furry addition to your family, invest in pet insurance.”

“My annual insurance premium increased by 300.00 for this year yet my best wellness illness benefits stayed the same. All of my pets preventative vaccines should be covered fully.”

“Have been using Pet's Best for about 3 years now and they have been great with claims. Added my second dog to the policy, however I do not believe I was given a discount for multiple pets, so that would be the only thing that is negative since the website stated by adding a second pet, a discount would be given. When i added my second pet, a disclaimer said my second pet did not qualify for the discount, so not sure what "qualifies" a pet to be awarded the discount, and since both my pets are dogs over the age of 2, and neither have any health issues, it seems like a click bait move, however i insured my second pet anyway.”
