“We love our frenchie and originally chose Pets Best because our other insurance provider was affiliated with it. We changed that provider, but stayed with Pets Best. The rates are reasonable, and while I have heard from some other pet owners we know that the speed of resolving claims with their insurer is faster, I still feel like this service is good. A frenchie requires a lot of extra care so insurance is a must, and while I'm not absolutely certain that Pets Best is the best out there, they've served us well so far.”

“I pay $80 a month for both of my cats, yet the maximum coverage for the yearly wellness is $125/150each. I am most likely going to end my coverage with pets best and just move $80 into an account every month, because it would far surpass the $150 coverage.”

“Getting health insurance for our dog was the best decision we ever made. We had been on other insurances and it felt like we paid for nothing. Submitted claims that took weeks or months to be proccessed and received no coverage. In the last 2 years our dog has experienced unexpected injuries that required surgery and Pets Best covered almost 90% of the costs. Submitting claims is very easy and the the processing time is very fast! We would be drowning if it weren't for pet insurance. Definitely recommend Pets Best!”

“I appreciate Pets Best going through the mountains of information I sent in about my dog's illness and discerning what parts of it were necessary for reimbursement and were covered. Thanks to having Pets Best Insurance I was able to adequately care for my Pet financially when he needed it.”

“While I do love the unlimited coverage, claims process is excruitatingly painful and long. When you have a pet emergency or illness and get a huge bill from the vet, the last thing you want to do is wait weeks to have your claim paid out. There are other carriers that pay out in 2-3 days. I'm not sure if I'd sign up with Pets Best again if we got a new pet in the future.”

“No muss, no fuss! I send in my dog Exspenses and I am always notified in a short period of time, whether I am covered or not. If it is covered, I am reimbursed quickly. Thank you!!!”

“My sweet girl Sophi was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy last year, and since then we’ve had to see a neurologist regularly and manage her condition with three different medications. It’s been overwhelming and heartbreaking at times, but one thing I’ve never had to worry about is her insurance coverage. Every single claim I’ve submitted through Pets Best has been processed and paid within just a few days — no hassle, no delays. I truly feel comforted knowing I have their support, especially during such a difficult and emotional journey. I can’t say enough good things about them. Pets Best has given me one less thing to worry about, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful.”
