Take quite a long time to get reimbursement. Resending 3 times same invoices. Customer service asked same questions to get invoices and receipts. Pet invoices and receipts aren’t complicated like human … 2 months later i got reimbursement…. Great pet insurance but need more improvements…. We have 3 dogs …. 2 dogs with other pet insurance but they currently not taking new clients at the moment …. Pet best is 2nd best from that…. Hopefully pet best get more improvements….. we know we would have more pets and sure we add to pet best insurance. Thank you for being here for my 4 legged children

I feel there should be a better explanation on what's covered and what is not. I submitted a wellness claim and not all my puppes shots were covered. When reviewing the EOB it doesn't specify why a certain shot wasn't covered. Just that we met the amount alloted.

Why does it take so long to get paid on a wellness check? I still haven't received reimbursement for my dogs spay? Very simple, it cost 300+ and the limit you provide is $150, where is the check?

I have had really good experiences with Pets Bedt, but last few claims have been way too slow being processed. These are basic claims for heart worm prevention. Quit blaming Covid, hire more people, and get back to what you once were.

The time between submitting a claim and receiving the money is way too long and I receive too many "We are behind" emails

Processing claims originally was supposed to be a week. It seems to be more like a month and longer. My vet sent in my claim in April and I still have not been paid for wellness treatment which has no deductable according to my policy. It will be July 1st tomorrow.

Very disappointed that no one has gotten back to me about changing the billing to one charge a month, how much my husky’s insurance has gone up and very disappointed how long the refunds have been taking for a year now.

Pros: Excellent customer service on the phone, ease of use in the phone app, and follow-up communications Cons: Ungodly turn around time (over 1 month for me), some things weren't covered that don't make sense (how is an emergency room consultation not covered?)

Very disappointed in how long it takes for your claims to be processed. When I joined, they told me it usually takes up to 14 days. My claim took over 30 days, and it didn't cover one of the items it stated would cover.

While I appreciate the service you offer, my recent claims took a month to process. The wait time has significantly increased over the last year.

Claiming takes awhile. If deductible hasn’t met yet this should be responded right away so that your customer will not wait if they will get reimbursement or not.

My first claim took over 2 months for review and with my other 3 claims it’s saying my wellness has been met… not sure what that means but just about nothing is really covered. $45 a month is expensive for you not to really cover anything. Or less than half. Will be looking elsewhere
