I’m not entirely certain just yet about the coverage. It was good during the first few months, but reliability is decreasing. When I called to discuss a claim, I was unable to get an answer. I’m paying a lot per month to include a wellness plan, and hoping most of this will be covered going forward. Time will tell….

Although necessary the Plan doesn’t cover much of anything. Either the Plan’s Usual and Customary Charges date back to the 1950’s or Vets everywhere are overcharging. At a minimum an Annual Physical should be fully covered; Dental Cleanings, if not annually every other year, should be either fully covered or covered at a higher rate. Perhaps providing a list of Vets that honor the Usual and Customary Prices outlined in the Plan. Would be very much appreciated by most members.

The payments take way too long. Ans, I wish they reimbursed prescription food like other insurances.

Things are pretty intuitive when it comes to submitting claims, but the wait-time for receiving reimbursement is too long.

I was very happy with the outcome of my claim but it took longer than expected to be processed. I received 3 "sorry for the delay emails" and then I called to ask what additional info was needed. I was told the processing was taking up to 42 days. Coincidentally (???) we received notification of payment the very next day.

All the money I pay every month is far over what the bills are for these visits and they are barely being covered. Considering cancelling since this does not seem worth it.

Claims not filed in a timely manner. Claims overlooked for reimbursement; had to call twice and finally the rep advised that they overlooked the reimbursement and forgot to send to me so she processed it for me. So if you don't go over the details of your claims and question why you didn't receive a reimbursement, Pets Best will overlook it. This has happened to me on two separate occasions. Very disappointing that you have to re-check and fight for your accurate and submittable claims because they "forgot" to send you your reimbursement or overlooked it.

I am not very happy with the service I have received so far. When I tried to upload my pets health records from the vet. They never got processed. After placing a claim with them, it took a month to process. And, my vet and I had to send my dog's paperwork 3 times before it got taken care. I picked Pet's Best because they were so highly ranked but, now I am having second thoughts.

This is the first time I've ever needed pet insurance and I chose Pets Best for the price, the co-pays, and the coverage although I had no idea that once a claim is submitted it takes 30 days for approval and another 5 - 7 days to get paid.

Originally excellent insurance for the money. Has now become almost cost prohibitive, as well as over 30-45 days to pay the claims. I am investigating other providers.

This claim took 2-3 weeks to process and still do not have moly money. That is entirely too long to front the money.

All in all, I'm satisfied with the coverage. I gave 3 stars because it's very difficult to get a hold of someone when there's a question and claims take to long to process. I've had claim processing take over 3 weeks and when I'm paying the vet up front, I would hope to be reimbursed quicker.

We're pretty much satisified but we're a little misled with the wellness package, I was under the impression we would get back the full amout of the flea & tick medication. I found out after submitting m it they have a limit & this was disappointing.

PB's claim turnaround time is promised in 2 weeks for simple claims. Lately, PB's turnaround time is over 4 weeks for a simple claim. This is not satisfactory service.

Customer service is nice and easy to work with. App is easy to use. Website is as well. The processing of claims takes 2 weeks on average for any of mine and it’s inconvenient and frustrating

Why does it always take SOOO long to get my reimbursement?! I’ve been with you all for years and what started out as an affordable plan has now more than doubled and it still takes you all FOREVER to get my money for simple claims.
