“Did pay but takes up to 35 days to pay. Pho e representative s very ok d and helpful.Cost of insurance went up a lot in year 11 for our Italian greyhound .”

“I've had a policy with Pet's Best for my dogs for about a year and a half. I've filed two claims and both have been processed efficiently and reimbursed quickly. They make the process for filing a claim very easy. In my experience, Pet's Best does exactly what it says it will do.”

“The coverage is good but it took a month to get reimbursed so if you are someone who is tight on money and needs it back asap, this may not be the insurance for you.”

“Pets Best has been a good service to me and my dog overall! Coverage is fair and I am sometimes surprised by how much they DO cover - which is an awesome feeling. Sometimes it can take over a month to process claims which can be frustrating but overall I am happy with the service.”

“I have been happy with the last two major surgery bills on my dogs! They have been fair and true. No issues. I have 4 dogs covered 90%, 100 deductible. Also wellness coverage. I wish they would readdress teethcleanings costs and anal gland coverage. Other than that I am happy.”
