“Pets Best, paid exactly what they promised. The only reason for not a perfect score is it takes quite a bit of time to get reimbursed.”

“So far so good after a few months with best pet. Would definitely recommend if thinking about keeping your pets protected. A bit slow on reimbursement but other than that its been worth the cost.”

“I will continue to renew. You have a very good customer portal. Communication is easy. The only suggestion I have is set expectations for turn around on claims. I am a long-time customer. What used to take maybe 10-14 days, now takes 30-40 days. I was a little surprised.”

“Pets Best is good about their reimbursements and are easy to deal with. I feel there might be a lot of requests lately though as they have taken quite a while to finalize my claims.”

“I've had Pets Best insurance the past few years for my dog and cat. Monthly price is reasonable for the type of coverage I have. It was easy to make a claim when I had to do it and they even covered prescriptions. Only complaint is it took over a month to have the claim paid out.”

“Great coverage for a fair price. I've thankfully only had to submit on claim and it was covered as I anticipated. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that it took over a month for my claim to be reviewed.”

“great pricing and customer service. I really appreciate the 24/7 Veterinary Support. The only thing I don't like is that it takes over a month to process the claims. If you can't pay for Veterinary care up front, and wait 45 days to be reimbursed, this is not the company for you. other than that, I'm satisfied.”

“Everything is perfect with Pet's Best EXCEPT the length of time to process claims. It is ridiculous....@ five weeks Pet Plan, a rival, processes them in days! Luckily, I can afford to not worry about being reimbursed in a timely fashion, but I am sure a lot of people are not. This will inevitably cost you business”

“So far, I've been pleased with the insurance and the customer service is great. I filed my first claim for my dogs dental and it took longer than expected but they were good to notify me via email that it was taking longer to get funded. Thanks for the great service you provide.”

“Very satisfied with Pets Best! Some friends have other pet insurance that often leaves them very disappointed with how little is actually covered. The claims process took longer than expected, but once it was approved money was in my account by the next day. Very relieved and while I hope I don’t have to use their services often, I’m assured that if my adventurous, disease magnet pup gets into trouble, they will be there for us!”
