“I’ve had Pets Best Pet insurance for my two dogs, Hershey and Nippers, since 2024 and have had a great experience. The monthly cost is very reasonable, and every claim I’ve submitted has been processed quickly and without hassle. Reimbursements have been fast, which really helps when dealing with unexpected vet bills. “The app is a joke. It’s lacks crucial information about your deductible and overall information just about your plan. The company itself isn’t consistent in its claims processing and it’s ridiculous to have to wait over 30 days for an answer. I wish I had gone with a different more transparent company.”

“my first time with pet insurance and I had a hard time selecting which company for my puppy! After careful comparisons, I decided to go with Pets Best due to the reviews and information as to what they cover ect. as all are fairly comparible cost wise but the customer service is wonderful. They took time with me on the phone to explain in detail how it all works and each time I have needed to call them, I am met with a very curteous and helpful representative. Their claim time is not as quickly as I had hoped it to be, but that's ok with me, I know they have many claims to process. I will keep my pets insurance with this company when my renewal takes place”

“We have been very pleased each time we’ve had to file a claim. The documentation process is easy and the claims are handled in a timely fashion. I wish they would pre authorize but we’ve been fortunate to not have an issue getting reimbursed based on policy.”
