“Never thought that after having insurance for your pet you would still end up paying the full amount for surgery. Makes me not want to even bother having insurance in the first place. I will be cancelling this policy. Hopefully another company is more willing to help out when in need.”

“Filed two claims over a dental injury. The first was an exam and the second was to undergo treatment for possible tooth removal due to unknown trauma. Both claims took longer than predicted. After processing the claim was not refunded as stated in the claim detail. Not sure if we will continue to have Pets Best in the future.”

“We've had Pets Best insurance for 5 years or more! They have saved us as our dog had TPLO surgery on both back knees. Plus an assortment of other items over the years - such as rehab, water treadmill, etc. Pets Best followed through with repaying us the amount owed. We are so glad to have this option so that we can give our dogs the medical treatment that they need. Thank you!”

“Pets Best has always been a pleasure to deal with. They handle claims promptly, and the cost to cover both of my aging dogs is very reasonable. If only my own insurance were as easy to work with!!! I highly recommend Pets Best to all of the pet parents out there!”

“I have had other pet insurance in the past and PetsBest is by far the best. I like that I am able to structure the insurance to best suit my needs instead of “one size fits all”. It’s very easy to file a claim online and once the claim is paid the money gets deposited directly into my bank account. I highly recommend PetsBest.”

“I’m disappointed that the prices continue to jump significantly higher every year which, at some point, will make them unaffordable. Also, it takes a very long time for claims to be processed.”

“This company delays payment....They try to find any little detail missing so they can delay or deny claim. I can't change companies because my dog has existing conditions. And in case she has major surgery (thousands of dollars) I must keep the insurance since she is almost 10 years old.”

“All seems good with my policy. When deciding to renew, I spoke to a customer service person and had such a great conversation with her that it made me pleased that I chose to stay, despite the higher cost to renew. I just wish I could remember her name.”

“I’m going on 3 years now November 27 and one of my dogs ended up with copper storage after he was tested after he turned 1 so pretty much it’s always the same medical bill and prescription bill and you guys take forever to reimburse. But thank God I got the insurance.don’t know how any other insurance company pay out . This is the only insurance we ever had. Got them through a survey that finds you what that fits your needs. Through progressive.”
