Claims reviews and payments take too long. It is also confusing to understand what is covered, etc. This should be made more clear and specific.

Veterinarian prices are high for the prices pets best wellness plans has. Veterinarian bill for a routine check up too high, for what the wellness plan package covers

I got the best coverage and I took my senior dog in for blood wk & dental. Pets best covered 50%. Thank you pets best !!!

Generally very good payout, but toooo many questions and delays for something that occurs ever couple of months for the same condition!

Reasonable coverage at a good price, but it still takes too long to receive your reimbursement, 3-4 weeks.

My dog Sawyer fell on some stairs last month and damaged his spine, resulting in a very expensive surgery and hospital stay in the neurological dept. Without surgery my dog would have lost his ability to walk. I am beyond thankful that I had insurance on my boy! Thank you Pets Best!

The only problem I have is I sent paperwork that states invoice and total and either cash or the last 4 numbers of my credit card and the say cannot process because they need invoice and proof I paid

For the most part, I am happy with Pets Best. This policy has saved me a lot of money. What I don't like is that it takes them too long to pay. I'm always getting emails that my claim has been delayed. I think I deserve a fast turn -around on claims that have cost me a lot of money out of pocket. Trust me, if I'm even a couple days late on my premium payment, I hear from you. I have had to twice close my checking account due to potential fraud. I was bombarded with notices that my policy would be cancelled.

I thought I really liked pets best but recently my rate went up and when I spoke to the lady on the phone she said in can go up whenever with no explanation. I didn’t like that because that’s not ok. Also, my dogs medication was not covered which is needed in conjunction with his chemo treatment.

The claims I submitted took about a month to process but other than the length of time the claims were paid and no other issues.

It's the first time that my husband and I after 5 cats and 3 dogs have subscribed to pet insurance. We spent over a month with the research and decided on PetsBest. We are into our 2nd year and very happy thus far. When we call with questions, their CS representatives are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient but never rushed (we like that!) I had difficulty uploading invoices so I mailed my information concerning our dog Riley. The response was very fast, thorough and as expected - very friendly.

Thankful for having insurance. At first, it took forever to get reimbursed but it has gotten better. I'm sure rates will go up since I've had to take advantage of using the insurance. We've already had a yrly increase.

Pets Best has covered most of my dog’s medical problems I do wish they had a medical card so the vet could take that and just charge us the balance that would help in emergencies

Relatively positive review. This is my first claim. It was pretty straight forward. It's taking a little bit long to receive my funds. But I am assured they are on their way.

They take forever to get to your submitted claim. Are they short staffed? I have not had any claims paid for yet since I tend to submit ones that I know won't be accepted, just in case I am wrong and they might be. The last one I submitted should be accepted, but with my deductible and the 80% reimbursement I doubt I'll receive very much of the $1000 vet bill.
