“Really simple process submitting a claim. Was notified of a delay in the reimbursement but was soon followed up with the breakdown of our reimbursement amount.”

“I'm happy with Pets Best Insurance. All legitimate claims are paid. Not happy that some claims take such a long time to be processed and paid. But I'm overall happy with the insurance.”

“It was a little delayed but folks got it done and again things went well. Just waiting for it to show up on my direct deposit. Coverage was fair, however being at the end of the year will have to do my deductible again after the first of next year.”

“Without Pets Best I would be unable to keep treating my sick kitten for the past year of a still undiagnosed illness. The reimbursements can take a while to come in but compared to not having reimbursements at all it has been the difference between having to make a very difficult decision early on vs giving him a fighting chance. I also have Pets Best for my healthy cat and dog and love it, it feel like a great safety net”

“This company has very good affordable coverage on their accident only plan. The downside is they take about 30 days to process any claims, and it's almost impossible to talk to a person by phone or otherwise.”

“Very thorough on EOB. Well written and described. Took about 5 weeks for them to process claim. About 5 1/2 weeks to receive refund from claim. Coverage price did increase a lot this year, however.”

“It took some time to get through the first claim. Once they established that there was no pre-existing condition, it was fast and easy. Very pleased!”
