“Every year this insurance finds another reason to not fully reimburse for care that is supposed to be covered. I will not file an appeal because it gets nowhere. Will probably cancel.”

“The EOB’s are easy to understand. I have not had to question them on claims. For my dog, almost everything I have put in a claim for has been covered once I met my deductible. If I have any negative, I have had a couple of times where the medication was covered and according to my vet, that was the only medicine available. But they still covered the appointment and the texts. So I am very pleased with Pets Best.”

“I've had Pets Best Insurance for about 10 years now. They've always been pretty prompt with reimbursement. I wish the premiums were a little lower for the older furkids, but they're not out of line.”

“Not entirely sure what the point of having this is when I barely get any money back. I submitted a $600 bill - $250 taken out for deductable. Another $50 doesn't cover food or presciptions and then I got $160 back from the remaining $300.... which what covers two months of insurance now that you guys jacked up your prices. Give me a break.”
