I have a healthy five yr old Aussiedoodle who suddenly needed emergency vet care. It’s the first time I have used his insurance, even thou it’s been in place since he was a pup. I had a bit of difficulty filing my claim, due to site maintenance, but once I completed the submission and uploaded docs, the process was smooth and the reimbursement came fairly quickly. Great coverage and nice to know it’s there if needed again. Thanks for your support!

Call me. I'm really shocked after being with you 12 years. And now having a dog. With insurance is the most one can buy 90% coverage etc. The half of $35 bill only get covered by $60. I'm kind of upset

My dog was very sick with pneumonia. He was hospitalized for 8 days in the end of October in 3 different hospitals, as they felt he needed specialized care. Pet's Best Website is being worked on but they reimbursed me for a few claims, but still waiting on two of the larger ones. They are still within their time frame and very helpful when i call. It was a Godsend to have pet insurance!

Your new system install caused all kinds of delays and frustration. Also I have to wait for a log on email EVERY time I sign in even though I have ONLY ever signed on with ONE device, my cell phone.

That’s best is easy to use. The online/app is a great way for customers to file claims in view claim updates. The review is typically very quick. We have been Pets Best customers for years. As my dog gets older, coverage is even more important.

We had coverage for the last three years. Any claims that we made haven't been paid. The most recent one only paid very little. Between the deductibles and now co-pays a $500 claim resulted in a payment of $86. We won't be renewing. Might just as well save the premium and self insure.

It’s very wrong that Pets Best takes every loophole it can to raise premiums and provide minimal reimbursement. Wish therr oh not at all.

Even during a catastrophic technical failure, Pet’s best got my claim, reviewed it and paid it. I was amazed and very grateful as always for their very prompt, courteous, and good service.

The claims submission and review process is super easy and fast. I really appreciate that so much! Every year my annual rate goes up by 30-50% (this year almost 50%) and it’s becoming too expensive for me to afford this insurance. It’s frustrating because I want to have some basic coverage but having just accident coverage just doesn’t seem worth it. Will most likely be dropping coverage this year as it just doesn’t seem worth keeping coverage and I would rather set something up directly with my vet.

Claims process was very easy. After they reviewed my claim, we were reimbursed based on the terms on our policy. Process was smooth and quick!

Not happy. Claim we submitted was processed inaccurate. Should have contacted vet or myself to clarify. Processing claims has to be done attention to detail. It's important to reimburse the claim with accuracy to the policyholder. This was not the first time

25 days and 4 claims still not finished.....constantly asking for medical records when they have already requested 8 years of records from the vet. Deny claims when the declaration page and formulary states the medication is covered. Slow to respond to email communications.

The worse app to check on claims, submit claims, and etc. it always has “technical glitches” and continues on. This is my 3rd insurance for a pet and this is the most inconvenient one due to technical issues or getting hold of someone with knowledge and information.

I know there were issues with the web site being updated. Once it was up, completing the claim process was simple. At this time I put Two claims in on Two dogs and have only recieved notice on one dog. I'm hoping to hear information on second claim

Terrible. I called to ask if they would cover a surgery for my dog after he tore he knee ligament. They said "Im not sure. Just do it and find out later if we cover it." They also dont cover anything they claim they do.

My dog blew a disc in her back and the bill for her surgery and care was $9000. I have Pets Best insurance and a card the cost for me. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Would not accept vets bill even after talking to them. I paid over a year to have insurance and they keep declining a simple annual check up my dog had.
