What kind of insurance company website down for many weeks and doesn’t notify pet families. Also insurance claim is becoming more delayed, only medications reimbursed and not workup

The website is a disaster. I've been trying to log in to my account for weeks with no success. At first the whole site was down, now when I try to log in, it tells me I have to reset my password. I do that, and then it says the link has expired, and it simply keeps me in that nightmare loop. I then have to call customer service agents and they tell me that the company knows about the problem, yet weeks later there are STILL no solutions. Fix the problem so I don't have to wait for 10-20 minutes to talk to a customer service representative just to find out how much I'm going to be reimbursed, or IF I'm going to be reimbursed. In addition to a horrible website experience, I filed claims that took DAYS to be considered. I left Nationwide VPI becuase of its cumbersome awarding process - that all is looking like a dream compared to my time with PetsBest. Get it together and get the website fixed, and then reward the customers who have stuck with you through this debacle.

Pets Best has been amazing for my cat, Stinky. Claims are processed quickly, communication is clear, and reimbursements are fast. It’s such a relief knowing Stinky can get the care he needs without the stress of unexpected costs. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, unable to access website or app for several weeks to submit claims. After waiting forever to speak to customer service, I was told they couldn't help me and I had to send info to a specific claims email. Sent three emails with no response, requested confirmation and never heard back. Was never informed when app/website started working again. Would cancel if this wasn't best for my family financially.

I love pets best! I recommend it to everyone. They cover everything they say they will. The only issue I have is that their claims are always delayed and take 2 weeks to 1.5 months to receive a response/reimbursement.

I am grateful for them acknowledging my claim for my dog. But I worried they would find an excuse to deny the claim. It’s a difficult process. I sent in all invoices and medical records but they kept asking for the same records. As if they were creating more red tape

The recent tech upgrade (which I experienced as an outage) was handled poorly. As a customer, I should have received an email telling me about your tech problems, with frequent updates. I received no updates at all, and the information posted on your website was frequently out of date. The length of the outage along with the company's poor communication about it made me consider canceling my account.
