“When I started this pet insurance it only cost me $35.00 a month. Now 3 years later I’m paying $82.00 for the same coverage. My little guy has allergies & needs meds all the time and they are covered. I’d like to get more coverage but I just can’t afford it. He’s getting older and things happen. What I do have does help. ❤️🐾🐶”

“My Labrador has been insured through pets best for 3 years. They provide clear documentation for what is and isn’t covered by her plan and provide reimbursement on a fair timeline. We’ve been really pleased with our experience insuring our pet through pets best .”

“Pets Best has been great at taking care of my vet bills for m French bulldog that has IVDD. I only gave them 4 stars as it takes a bit to get reimbursed.”

“Website well designed, easy to navigate and informative. However, extremely difficult to reach representatives by phone, extraordinarily long wait times, quality and capacity of personnel lacking.”

“Very affordable pet insurance and easy to navigate. The only inconvenience experienced was that it took over a month to get claim processed and there weren’t even any hiccups with it. However, once processed, I was satisfied with the reimbursement.”

“Pest Best is easy to use. Like all insurance it can be a little expensive but well worth it if something does go wrong with pet. My recommendation is to go with lowest deductible and highest % back you can afford. You may never use it BUT if an accident or illness happens you will be glad you have it.”

“So far so good, i have used Pets Best Pet Health insurance for a few months now and more recently submitted my first claim. I feel like the amounts reimbursed were fair but could have been a little more however i am just grateful for the service and some help with the care of my kitties. Thank you Pets Best!”

“I love b e ingredients part of the pets best family. I was very surprised with the cost of the increase in my policy. We are a fixed income family and I'm not sure if we can afford th as t kind in increase again. We work very hard to try to keep our dog,pepper healthy. We give him vitamins,probiotics, meds for his joints and teeth treatment. I would like to know any other things we can try to have pepper live a long healthy life.”

“This was the first time we’ve purchased pet insurance and the first claim we’ve submitted. It took right around three weeks, all things considered that is very TIMELY for an insurance claim to be processed. Very straight forward directions and process. Thank you for keeping our four legged friend healthy and happy!”
