“You guys are the best! I only wished the claims department accepts calls,some things cannot be explained to customer service and instead I just recently had to type the reason for accepting a claim and faxing it. It was approved but everything could have have been resolved with one phone call. Other than that our experience has been great!”

“very good coverage just wish there was an option for lower deductible as sometimes it takes a long time to meet the deductible, and then i only get a few things covered before it resets again. slow at processing claims. Premium increased a lot for the renewal which made me consider new insurance but my cat has preexisting conditions that will only be covered with this insurance.”

“Communication of the status of my claim was great. The time it took to receive compensation seemed slow but this was my first claim so maybe 30 days is normal. Overall very satisfied”

“I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because if your pet has a condition that will continue for the rest of their life, each time they go to the vet for that condition has to be a new claim. It can't go under the same claim number. I think that should be changed”

“Very quickly processed our claim, it was wonderful! Detailed explanations was wonderful as well. The only issue we had was that all ultrasound proceedures are not covered. Doesn't feel right when an ultrasound is needed so often for stomach issues to figure out if there is an obstruction. It could save the dogs life!”

“I have had this insurance since i got my dogs. It is great. The only thing i think could be better is the wait time for reimbursement. Can take up to 45 days sometimes which is crazy. Maybe hire more people so it does not take as long. A lot of people are on a fixed income and it puts a strain on them at times. Other than that this insurance is great and pricing is budget friendly as well.”
