No issues! Submit claims and get fairly fast reimbursement. So thankful to have this insurance

I submitted a claim for a wellness check on one of my cats. I wasn’t sure how long it would take for my claim to be paid (if at all), but Pets Best was good about sending updates. I did receive a refund and an explanation of benefits that was easy to understand.

Outside of the time it took for the claim to be reviewed & processed, we are happy with the service provided - Wish that the explanations for delays would be better explained, i.e., info needed from vet, review of medications versus plan, etc. - You just receive a standard canned email stating "sorry for the delay, we're processing your claim" - Otherwise, we've been happy with the Pets Best.

Pets Best covers their portion of bills fairly and by the benefit level you select. A recent claim took longer to process than it should have which caused anxiety as the amount was high and I was worried about incurring interest on the credit card balance.

Have been happy with Pets Best for the past few years but now trying to understand why the premium for a healthy younger dog has risen so much. Only one or two claims total over the past 5 years and she's only 6. They pay in a reasonable time on claims that have been accepted for my other dog who has had ongoing medical issues and that premium has not risen beyond what I would expect after 7 years. I'd still shop around but have not been totally dissastisfied.

Pet’s Best has been very helpful in taking care of our dog . After having him for several years he developed Addison’s disease requiring daily medication as well as monthly injections to keep alive . He is watched closely by our Vet and is acting normally . Pet’s Best has helped with the cost of keeping him healthy . We are very grateful . Thank you

Overall they are quick to respond and I love how easy it is now to file a claim. I think having a deductible and big co-pay make it difficult for the insurance to really be worth what I am paying.

I love Pets Best but it takes entirely to long for a refund. It should take 7 to 14 days no longer than that.

Pets Best overall has been a very good company to deal with. Other than one time, the staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. My sole frustration is that it can takes months to get paid for bills submitted. There is generally an "apology" via email, but no explanation.

I normally have very good results with claims, but this last claim took quite a bit longer for the same product that I have requested claims for a long time, and when I called about the timeliness of the claim, the customer representative really didn't answer my question to my satisfaction.

My monthly prescription is paid in a matter of days, while when I had an emergency claim it took 44 days to pay. I was disappointed it took that long for the mere fact that you paid it in full and did not need any more information to review the claim. I’m just happy I finally got the claim paid

I really like pets best, it’s straight forward and easy. Although, the app rarely works so I have to log on on that website to upload a claim. Also, claims can take up to 40 days to process so that can be difficult if you have a large bill. Otherwise, Pets Best works great for us and the only issues I’ve had are the ones listed above. Customer service is responsive and quick to help.

Website very easy to navigate to file claims. Normally receive response on claims in a speedy manner however this last claim took way too long for a response
