“One of the more slower companies for processing claims… wish I had a dollar for all their apology letter’s about how they are sorry for how long it’s taking them for claim to be processed”

“I have had a very high opinion of his insurance option from the beginning. Very user friendly, great app and accepted by my vet! Check, check and check. The only note I'd make, is that I got lower returns for tech appointments but I wasn't notified of this consequence beforehand and I am not responsible for picking who sees my dog, so that sucked a bit. BUT, I will just have to be more demanding at my vet's and I shouldn't have an issue in the future.”

“Turn around on claims has drastically improved. Overall great to have, helps so much with our dogs vet bills.”

“The insurance is good coverage and I've been using them for years. Submitting claims is simple. However the processing time has increased dramatically. My claims used to be processed within 1-2 weeks. Now it's over 5 weeks and this isn't great when you need the money to pay the credit card bill you used to pay the vet.”

“It is very easy to upload all my vet bills and automatically get reimbursed.”

“I have been with this company for 3 years now, it's been easy to file a claim and pretty quick to get reimbursed the first year or so and I had zero complaints. Then I noticed after the merge with the other company that wait times for reimbursement increased considerably and then I recieved the bill for renewal and it has increased by almost $200. Ridiculous!”

“Overall pretty happy with the service they provide. My most expensive claim was approved, however, it took almost 2 months after I submitted my claim for them to make a decision and start the payout process. I called multiple times and spoke to multiple people trying to get this resolved. My main takeaway is that the staff need to have some kind of universal training. Every person I talked to told me something different and I had to ask for a manager to help me get this resolved in the end. I was often on hold for 30-50 minutes while they were trying to figure out what was going on. Alyssa Jones was fantastic and I’m convinced she’s the only reason this claim was resolved, thank you.”

“Coverage is great and the chat function is helpful, but the time to review claims and get my payment is getting longer. They are often delayed beyond the 2 week window they state when I submit the claim and send apology emails.”
