“It took over a month for us to get paid otherwise satisfied with everything. Shouldn’t have taken that long. I understand they needed to contact my vet to get records, but it should’ve taken a whole month.”

“I've been a member since my dog was 3 months old and I have to say thank goodness for insurance the only issue I have is it's seems to be taking a longer time frame to get a refund for service but other than that I'm pretty satisfied with the service and I do understand that sometimes it is beyond your control I'm not sure how you can cut that time down but I'm glad you guys are around to help cover these bills”

“I've been using Pet's Best insurance for 8 years since I adopted my first cat, and now my other two cats have plans as well. The monthly premium is not too expensive, and the coverage is really good! This insurance plan has really helped me afford some of my cats' big health expenses. It is also super easy to submit a claim on their online portal. I'll be sticking with them for all of my pets!”

“Coverage is not great and the costs keep going up and up. I have shopped around and most pet insurance companies are not as good as pets Best so I continue to stay with them”

“One of our dogs was attacked this year and needed life saving liver surgery. Our other dog has been dealing with cancer this year. I am so thankful for PetsBest. It is easy to submit claims and they reimburse what they say they will.”

“Very good pet insurance. Has come in handy for my pup on multiple occasions. Deductible is reasonable and the coverage is good. The only thing is the raise in premium cost every year, but not sure if that’s just standard with pet insurance in general. None the less very pleased with this insurance”

“They make the claims process as frustrating as humanly possible. They kept delaying my claims for vague reasons and they show you almost no information regarding your claims on the website, so if you have multiple claims, it is very difficult to keep track of them. Phone support is abysmal. I would rather pay out of pocket for vet expenses than even attempt to submit another claim through Pets Best insurance. I cancelled my policy after my first experience filing a claim.”

“After using Pets Best for several years for three different animals, I have always experienced quick turn-around times with reimbusements until March 2025. My last few claims took a month to be reimbursed. Not sure why such a delay, even received emails acknowledging the delay. I understand more detailed claims taking longer when more medical information is required, but this was not my situation. Simple kennel cough with a puppy.”
